This company only cares about money when a patient of mine raced out to them to inquire about getting some equipment replaced. They decided to deny the fact that they ever reached out to them in the first when all of the calls are supposedly being reported, I tried reporting them to the better Business bureau. However, they aren't even listed on there which means this business isn't even accredited which is untrustworthy in and of itself. I will be contacting my company to make sure that nobody ever gets supplies from this place because they don't care about the patient. They only care about money as evidenced by their blatant disregard for the patient safety and well-being. The patient was on the phone with them crying in pain and instead of saying that they were going to send somebody out immediately to fix it or at least as soon as possible, they said that they must have been doing something wrong and that the CPR button that must be pulled when it's on the back of the bed. How is a patient to pull a CPR button on the back of the bed when they don't even have the mobility to do so, that's why they need a hospital bed. Absolutely moronic statement to make. Furthermore, why would a patient contact you to replace something if it's not broken? That doesn't make any sense. The hassle that they would go through to have it replaced would not be worth doing whatever it is that you're thinking that they're doing so. Watch out folks don't order anything from this place because if you present them with problems, they'll just call you a liar and refuse to replace it until the nurse practitioner or responsible physician calls them to support. I will also be making sure the patient files a report of fraud with Medicare as they're not getting the service that they paid for. Again. Watch out folks they don't care about you, just your pockets. You should be ashamed to say you work in the medical profession. By the way the person they were speaking to wasn't a regular employee, it was the OWNER of this company. What does that tell you about how the people below them will treat you?

I Want to start by saying that this is my first experience with Elite, I don't know them. I just stumbled across them while searching for a knee scooter to rent or buy. I'm glad I found them!

I had a bad gout flare-up and I found Elite on Google. They have a chat feature through text that was absolutely perfect because I was trying to get discharged from the hospital at the same time.

They were very helpful in the chat and gave me all the info I needed and then when it was time to call (I wanted to make sure it was no problem to send my wife.) It took 2 seconds to set it all up! Well Done Matt!

That's not all! I had an issue on the last day and they accommodated my issue without hesitation and it helped us immensely!
I will tell anybody who will listen to use Elite medical supply and I know where I'm going if I ever have to rent or buy medical supplies or equipment.

I would never recommend this supply house for items that have to be ordered and approved by medicare before receiving. It seems they do well for equipment that can be delivered immediately but otherwise,find someone else. My 20 year old power chair was falling apart. My doctor's office filled in all of the forms Elite sent before Thanksgiving. When Mathew refused to return my calls, I called Medicare. The paperwork had been sent in incorrectly three times then was finally sent in right in early January. I've still not been able to get my calls returned. Finally today at the end of February, when I called Medicare, they said they needed more information from the doctor. Mathew could care less on helping complete the process. Stay away from this company.
