Jessica is very passionate about her job and is just absolutely amazing. She cares very deeply for her patients and is committed to doing anything she can to help them. She listens to every question or concern you may have and takes her time to explain everything in great detail. Jessica is also very understanding, easy to talk to, and easy to get along with. She works with your availability to get you in to be seen as quickly as she can and then calls or messages to check up on you after the fact. It's pretty obvious making sure her patents are well cared for is her top priority.

She takes everything you tell her to heart, and she will get the answers for you if she doesn't have them. She is very proficient at her job and loves what she does. You can guarantee that she will follow up with you after an accident or hospital stay to make sure that everything is going smoothly or if there is anything else bothering you medically that she can help manage. My experience with Jessica has been great. She is courteous, encouraging, and responds quickly. I worked with her for a few months, during which time she coached me on diet/exercise changes and recovering from a wrist injury. I only needed one in-person appt with her, which was my intake appt, but we managed all the rest (xray, PT, bloodwork) over email. I am grateful for her services.
