Julie, I can not say enough about my positive experience at Elixair. This was the third supplier I tried and wish I had found them sooner. We had a script for a hospital bed for my Uncle, who resides at a assisted living facility in Van Nuys. I called and spoke with Sam and another lady who were very helpful and directed me to Julie. The Dr. script was not properly completed and Julie had to make several calls to the Dr. to get this through. I am on the east coast and with the time zone change, Julie was such a huge help with this process. I also have to give a huge shout out to the man that delivered and set up bed. I will certainly recommend Elixair and thank you again for making this happen so quickly.

Not at all professional, gave them so many opportunities and they always managed to disappoint. Looking elsewhere for another supplier for my parents medical supplies. (Soon to be ex-client) Had to hit one star but meant to hit ZERO. - Thank you Google for giving us the consumers a platform to express our experience and give the merchants an incentive to improve.
