The staff was very helpful in advising on the differences between models of walkers and rollaters. My mom wanted to try out different options in the store and the gentleman who assisted her was so helpful. They have a policy where if you buy a walker and take it out the door, you can’t return it, but that makes perfect sense. Our plan will be to try out the product in the store ahead of time and once we feel comfortable with it then purchase it. There are many different types of rollaters to meet unique needs - now we need to make a choice. I had a wonderful experience. We are going to try either a drive, medline or a nova to meet my mom‘s needs.

I haven’t personally visited this location, but after reviewing the store’s responses to dissatisfied customers, it’s clear they come across as rude rather than customer service-oriented. I decided to call to ask a question regarding a product and before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off with the person not getting the full question and concern I had. This is very disappointing, I was hoping the reviews weren't true but they are indeed. Called another local medical store and was provided with excellent customer service and more. This is a place where I would want to give my business to.

I rented a knee scooter from the owners of this store about 6 years ago. I kept the scooter for 4 months as I had a full knee replacement. During that time my husband lost his job. When I went in to return it I offered them what money I had and asked if I could make payments. They, husband and wife, went I the back room to talk and came back and forgave my balance. I barely made it out of the store without crying. The kindness and generosity of these sweet people are not forgotten! I think of them often with gratitude. This is the place to do business with loving, caring people!

Over the years we have needed a few things here, the prices are higher than online but if it's here your walking out with it today. The clerk was helpful with my recent purchase.

We took my mom's power chair in on 6/5 to be worked on. Were told it would probably need a new cord from the battery to the arm control (i think they said charger, but not sure) and they would place the order. After 7/5 we called to check the status and were told it was coming from China and it was delayed. Several other calls later (we were told they didn't have a tracking number - we were told they would get back to us for at least a status update) we still on 7/29 have no cord. I called today and the young man said I basically just need to know the size of the battery and could order it other places. I just wanted the product number from the order they placed and he told me he could find no order!!!! My question is why didn't you tell us that after the first month when we called because if it was overlooked and not ordered, I would understand - these things happen. But after calling at least 4 times, I cannot extend that grace.

I've waited patiently because I wanted to support the local store. I will never go in to them and will gladly drive to Fair Oaks because I know we'll be serviced. I was going to buy a transporter wheel chair from them but now, no!

My mom was measured INCORRECTLY for her compression socks and they were too long which caused them to bunch up at the top behind the knee. I was very disappointed that they did not give her the correct petite size and more frustrated that this could have caused more serious problems!! I recommend using a different shop for compression socks even though you can walk-in and purchase from here!!!

Loved this place! They were so helpful & kind. I appreciated their knowledge & ability to help guide me. I will absolutely be coming back here as I take care of both of my grandmothers and having a brick and mortar store down the street from me is SO HELPFUL! I choose them over Amazon ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! 😃
