For month's I had been looking for a certain high end cat tree made by Wade's Cat Trees, and decided to give Ellie's Pet Barn a call. I was so thrilled they worked with the distributor and told me they could make a special order. When it arrived they even helped load it in the car since it required two people. I will be using them again in the future!

Love the flexibility of the drop in nail trimming without an appointment and they are so great with my anxious dog. Most places have refused to cut her nails but Bethany was amazing and so patient and wanted to make sure that the job was done well. Also their little shop has some great products and not over priced.

Beautiful pet shop, excellent unique and "quality" products. Probbaly the best products of any pet shop i have been in in and around Worcester county. A bit on the high side for price, but remember this is a small shop so they have to make ends meat! Knowledgeable and freindly. I bought my cat some. duck hearts 💗 she loved them... pic of the duck heart and my baby😻

I visited today for a walk-in nail trim for my (very dramatic) mini schnauzer. I was really nervous because other grooming places have turned us away due to his tendency to bite when his paws are touched. But the team here worked wonders and managed to get the job done in just 5 minutes! Truly impressed with their skill and patience and will definitely be back!
