I was given a recommendation to see about getting a Primary care Physician here at Emante Health Family Medicine location on the 4th floor 401.. arrived here at 3:10 pm for a 3:30pm appointment,, filled out some forms prior to my appointment and the staff
Were very helpful for any questions I
had filing out my forms.. at 3:28 I was
Called in to see my new primary care Physician.. immediately when she sees me recognized me from a surgery I had at Queen of the Valley hospital.. she was one of a team of doctors that came to see me in recovery after surgery.. I asked her for referrals of
Continued physical therapy that ended the same day.. also asked for referrals for a podiatrist & pain management..
And a refill of my insulin pen and everything was granted..I must
Say I've seen a lot of one⭐ reviews and I don't know why. Obviously some
of the reviews has issues with their insurance unaware of what is covered.
For me well I'm fully covered and know
My plan, so no issues with my dual
Medi plan of Medicare & Medi-cal that
Has me covered.. great place if you
have dual medi by L.A Care .

These people in this recption are rude and speak down to patients when they need extra help. Patients are trash if they need something to get signed or be done. Trashy receptionist acting better than others. I have 10 family members from my two family's that referred me to have the same doctor. I am going to tell everyone that still goes here how I was treated by a toxic receptionist. They brought me here.

Doctor was alright but be aware of the fees associated with Emanate health. Front desk told me I was didn’t have any copay or payment. Then they will send you a bill for “facility fees”. Should of told me that upfront so I could have went to a regular office. Cost me $185 for a simple physical on top of what my insurance already paid.

Today I went in to see if there were any appointments available and the girl in front with red hair looked at me like if I was bothering her she proceeds to supposedly look and then she looks at me and said I don’t have anything in a rude way and she didn’t even offer another day. Then she just stares at me like ok do you need something else and then I was sorry to take your time and left…this was my first impression of this facility while trying to look for a primary doctor! Wow wow if this is how they treat people I can take my money elsewhere.

Lady at the front desk was super rude.
Scheduled me for 12:30 and told me to come 15 min before and after repeating back to her the address, suite number, and time of app and she clarified, I show up to realize they open at 1pm.
Called them and the automated system says 1:30 they open back up.
The lady calls me back at a later time to “discuss my options”(my insurance and appointment times) which we did a week prior when she scheduled me.
What a waste of time.
