I need to bring my son in early Saturday morning; he was not doing well and was in need of emergent assessment and care.
I cannot say enough good things about his care team including the registration staff, radiology tech, the RN’s, PA and physician. They stabilized him and quickly and seamlessly transferred him to a facility for further ongoing care. I am very thankful to have an ED so close to my home that is competent and kind.

From check in to check out (and everything in between) my experience was phenomenal. The person who checked me in (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The waiting room was inviting and they’ve time minimal. I was called back and shown to the exam room by JD—likely one of the most calming nurses ever. His demeanour was the perfect balance of professional and personable, putting me at ease as he explained tests that needed to be run, answered all of my questions, and communicated what was happening behind the scenes. I could say the same and more for Dr. Larsen—he bent over backwards to put me at ease, walk me through testing and treatment processes, and explain results, diagnoses, and treatment. If I could remember the name of the person who performed the CT scan I would give her a glowing report by name, too—professional, personable all of them. I saw the word ‘humanness’ around the ER—it must be a part of the mission statement that the hospital strives for. I can say that if us more than a word on the wall in this ER. “Human” is what they do well, treating patients and each other with respect, curiosity, and care. If I could give ten stars out of five, I would. Thank you, Dignity, for making what could have been a scary day (it’s an ER trip, after all) much less so. I’m grateful.

I went to this facility because I had an irregular EKG at an urgent care. Nurse Kenny was attentive and helpful and checked on me often. The X-ray tech Kim was quick, efficient and polite. Dr Larsen explained the test findings and offered helpful advice on following up with my own doctor. He helped reassure me that everything was normal and that I was in good health. I would recommend this facility to everyone!

We couldn’t have asked for more professional and compassionate care than what we received this morning from the staff. From the intake process to the care from nurses Kenny and Donna, the radiology tech Kim, and the consultation with Dr. Killeen, this experience far exceeded all expectations. Everyone here has been fabulous. I came in with major problems breathing and they rushed me in to take care of me. My nurse Kenny was above and beyond with my treatments, communication and heart bedside manner. Same goes with Dr Wolff. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This has been hands down the single best ER experience I've ever had. I was in serious pain, and having had previous bad experiences and going to the nearest ER to me in a rush, I was dreading my usual experience of not being taken seriously- THEY LISTEN HERE!! I was comforted, assured, directed, and assisted at my pace by professional, polite and friendly providers, from the front desk to check out was wonderful. Because of my immense pain, Perla at the front desk helped me through my check in and let me fill out certain paperwork after I had settled into a room. The nurse team and all of the providers who helped me through care were kind, laughed at my jokes to cope with the situation, and made sure my comfort and health was priority. Shout out to Marina! Even through the most uncomfortable of necessary procedures to my care, Marina made me feel like I was with a friend, not a stranger. My anxiety was so much lower than usual at a healthcare facility, and she was extremely competent and confident in her work. Dr. Ali Shibab and his team made sure my entire visit was run smoothly and I felt extremely taken care of, and my pain is down from an excruciating 10 and a mystery crisis to a 3 with a plan of action and reassurance within two hours. Thank you to the rest of the staff, I apologize I can't remember all your names, but especially to the lovely girl who got me pillows to prop up my legs - you changed the whole visit with that. Most ERs I've been to would have ignored me. It's clean, fast, and extremely professional. Thank you, everyone!!

Our 61yr old son was seen by Dr Wolf and nurse Kenny. We can’t say enough about the excellent care. Everyone so kind caring and knowledgeable. I was seen Early in June and I too recieved awesome care by Dr Hall and night staff. I know that we would not receive this excellent care anywhere else. Thank you
