Extremely disappointing experience. Do NOT come to this clinic!

I scheduled an annual preventative check-in, but was shocked to receive a $500 bill after insurance, coded as a new patient visit—which I never scheduled. During the visit, I only spoke with Dr. Rand Nashi for about 10 minutes to request referrals, which should have been included in a preventative check-up. It doesn’t make sense that I’m being charged separately for this.

After receiving the bill, I contacted the office manager, who said she would follow up with the billing department. That was almost two weeks ago, and I’ve heard nothing back. I also called twice last week, and she never returned my calls.

I selected 1 star because there is no 0 star option. The expense is ridiculously expensive! I took a new patient visit this October and it was just a simple chat with the doctor, no test, no physical check. Then I received a bill charged me $600. The staff never communicated with me regarding the high cost. I’ll never come back!!!

I'm sick and in pain, I came for help, I confess I am 15 minutes late. I'm advised the "10-minute Rule" applies: more than 10 minutes late I'm dismissed and told to reschedule. I am turned away, sick and in pain.
This is a Doctor's office, a medical practice, how can this be?
I could have told about being sick, the school buses, crossing guards, construction but those are excuses. I'm sent away, I'm sick and now I'm upset!
I ponder, how many times has the Doctor been late? If they're more than 10 minutes late do I get this visit free? How often have I sat more than 10 minutes in that dingy "Waiting Room" and why do they have a "'Waiting' Room"? Ironic.
Good Doctors, worst practice ever. I'm almost 70, seen a lot of Doctors in my life, never seen this before.
Now looking for new Doctor.

Dr. Hanjura is the most caring, compassionate pcp I have ever had. She is very intuitive when it comes to not only your physical well being, but your mental well being. I highly recommend Dr. Hanjura.
