First the good, the medical staff viz. the attending MD was excellent . Was both competent & communicative. Diagnosis and treatment plan was great.

On the flip side, it took *hours* to get seen even though we had an appointment. I specifically chose this Urgent Care because they showed an available appointment. But after checking us in and collecting our co-pay, they made us wait for more than an hour before the nurse even took my vitals.

Will try not to go back here in the future.

Professional and courteous staff at the front desk. Efficient intake and vitals check and then the wait began. Left after 45 minutes of receiving no updates on when I might be seen. My time is valuable too and someone giving me an update would have made a big difference. I get it. Really sick people walk in, but then DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS. Urgent care is not the emergency department. An appointment is a mutual commitment with mutual respect for time. At the very least own that fact that you cannot effectively manage the workload within reasonable time tolerances and keep patients updated. Or DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS. Just own the situation and not blame patients for being frustrated and marginalized when they walk out the door. The expectation that patients just understand and deal with it is ridiculous. In what other industry is that even remotely acceptable?

Have been to this Littleton Urgent Care several times and I am so grateful to all of the staff here. They are competent, thorough and efficient as well as pleasant. I always leave feeling confident that I've received the best care possible. Thank you!

I have been seen twice this month at the Emerson Urgent Care in Littleton and both visits have been very positive, from the front receptionists, to the wait time, to the nurses, to the doctors. All have been friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. Plenty of parking, including Tesla chargers. Clean facilities. Lab results came back in a reasonable time frame.

Outstanding. We've had to use this office a few times in the past month when our doctor's office was closed or unavailable. Two in our family had pneumonia. The team here (from the front desk to the aides to the nurses and the doctors) is so friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. It was busy both times, and we had a bit of a wait even with our reservation, but it was worth the wait to receive the great care we received. There are at least two urgent care centers a little closer to our house, but we'll drive the extra 10 minutes every time to use Emerson.

Excellent care and service from start to finish. Dr Dalencour was professional, thorough, efficient, thoughtful and caring. Two way communication was easy and clear. Xray, EKG, and all tests were done carefully and quickly. I was totally impressed with the whole operation from start to finish on a Monday morning. Thank you

Fantastic staff! If you're headed to urgent care it's safe to say you aren't feeling good. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you are in good hands. Then you meet the rest of the staff and that's when you know - your health is the only thing that matters and you are going to be taken care of by the best.
