I set an appointment and was told to be there at 8am. I was told I would receive confirmation never did so I went off the online address. I went to clinic listed it was the wrong on. I came to this on but I didn't see my Np name. There was a line with on receptionist and the other was on the phone. I called flowers to get the correct location. I was on hold with Flowers med group to confirm I was in the right spot while in line. They confirmed so I stayed in line it was 8 min after. I finally got to the receptionist and she told me I could not be seen. I was supposed to be there 20 min earlier. I told her that I was told to be there ar 8 amd that online it says they are not open till 8. I Told her nobody sent me any info address time confirmation or anything. So I went to the wrong clinic first. She said they where supposed to but since it was a Friday when I made the appt. It didn't send out. So I drove an Hour, missed work and know can't be seen for an ooops our bad. I guess it showed me that this group is not for me and my family , if they make a mistake they can just say sorry our bad .... and you pay for there mistake.
