Nurse was great. 5 stars. I rated only 4 overall because a bit more than an hour before my appointment they called and said they had a cancellation. I said I could come in a half hour earlier as they requested. I actually arrived just before the new time but then waited a full 30 minutes before they called me into the consultation room. It seems disrespectful of my time.

I've seen Dr. Sivia for more than 2 years, and I always appreciate that we walk away with a plan on addressing my medical needs. He is also pleasant, as his staff. In particular, my ultrasound tech, Wes, was compassionate, personable and empathetic while I had a complete ultrasound done. I am disabled with PTSD, and he helped me be much more comfortable. I very much appreciated it. Great appointment!
