The staff was compassionate and caring. All the therapists were excellent and well trained. They pushed to help you reach your goals and meet your needs. The nursing was impressive with Carole being one of the best. Kaitlyn was the best therapist I have had the experience of working with. The food was great and the kitchen worked with you to insure your experience was great. The facility was very clean, organized and well run. I hope not to have to go there again but if the need arise it would be my first choice

Reviewing for my mom who stayed 9 days. Staff was excellent and mom well cared for. Food was so disgusting she literally could not eat it and thus we had to bring in food. Despite this she lost over 5 pounds during her stay.

The people that I worked with at Encompass were all professional in their work . They explained the exercises and made sure I was doing each exercise correctly. There were new exercises each time. The program was paced to stretch me each day. I left Encompass muucccc

The staff. Nurses, PT, OT and the aids were so helpful. Well, more than helpful. They were amazing. 10 days later I walked out of rehab with my busted femur and more confidence than I thought I would ever have.

The most excellent nursing care along with the very best rehab team and OT team one could ever even dream of. I was sent here because I wanted to have rehab more than once a day. I had fractured my hip in such a way that surgery was not possible and I knew I'd need the best rehab possible and I got it here! Three hours a day of mixed OT and Rehab exercise. Come to this facility only if you really want to get your strength and life back,! This is not a place where you will sit in a chair with a leg exerciser once a day. I refused to go to a nursing home " rehab" because I knew most of the staff had not in most of those facilities done hospital or rehab care for years and I'd not get the rehab I needed. I was barely able to move when I arrived and 2 days later I was taking a shower and exercising 3 times a day. During my time there my pain was kept at bay and when I needed pain medicine I was given it without a long wait.I went home 2 1/2 weeks later but it would have been sooner except for BP problems. The entire staff is trained to handle pretty much every problem and I saw them in emergency mode more than once and was more than impressed. By the way I was a nurse in my younger years and I can really find fault but no complaints here. I'm 77 as I write this and all I can say is, the doctors, nurses, rehabilitation staff and ancillary staff are absolutely top notch. I am now home safe because of the things I was taught in preparation to go home. If I am ever hurt again, or a friend or family member needs a rehab and really wants to get a hold on life again with hard work this is where I will tell them to go! HOORAY FOR ENCOMPASS! HOORAY FOR ENCOMPASS's HARD WORKING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF! One more thing, if something seems wrong physically or emotionally and you tell the staff it is acted upon immediately! Nothing falls on deaf ears. Oh yes, I would go back with bells on-------but I hope I never have to. TO THOSE Who HAVE READ BAD REVIEWS MANY OF THOSE WERE WRITTEN WHEN THIS COMPANY WAS UNDER DIFFERENT OWNER AND BELIEVE ME. THINGS Have CHANGED SINCE HEALTH ONE WENT BANKRUPT.

Everyone was very professional and gave me excellent care,the PT AND OT was excellent, doctors, nurses ,aides,and social worker ,also housekeeping the facility was extremely clean group therapy Wasson fun was nice to meet other patients and the food was good and I always complimented the chef.
Thank you for your service.
I would recommend this facility to anyone I know needs it I'll talk to all my doctors if they need
