It’s a great place to work out. I’ve been a member for over 15 years. I love how they maintain equipment and always renew the facilities. The only disappointment is the early closing hours during COVID-19.

Associated with the hospital, but you can join on your own. For those under Dr.'s care, they have a variety of rehab programs. For anyone else, it's a large, well equipped facility with every kind of machine and apparatus, free weights, a great competition-size pool and a decent 1/8th mile indoor track.

Absolutely amazing. They have daycare on tuesday/Thursday nights and on weekends until noon. (And in the process of adding more times) It's SO nice for parents who want to work out. They have a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, towel service, group classes, pickleball, full fitness room with brand new equipment, and even a spa. This gym is AMAZING. It's so clean and staff are more than willing to help with everything.

This is a great place to work out, relax and unwind. There is a great balance between available equipment and amount of people, which is the state of the art, and so you always find free equipment when you need it. The facilities are great too. It has saunas, a huge hot tab, large showers and all the fresh towels you can use. The staff is very professional, kind, always ready to help and very knowledgeable. It is a bit pricey compared to the average gyms, but this is no average gym and you have to pay for quality.

I recently joined NCH Wellness Center and I'm loving it so far. The facility is always clean and they have a great selection of equipment. I'm seeing results already, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great place to work out.
