I told them when I made the appointment I didn't want anything to do with their "my chart" garbage. Since I made the appointment, I get text messages every day telling me to sign up for "my charts". It's not my job to do their job. If I have a question, it's their responsibility to answer that question, not tell the people who are paying them to figure out their computer system. I canceled the appointment. I'll find a doctor who appreciates and respects the people who pay them.
