Rude (dodging and not returning phone calls), unprofessional and dishonest (tried to blame/charge us for normal wear and tear on a rental hospital bed.) Called in July to report a problem with the worn remote control. Late Sept, problem still not fixed. We just bought the part ourselves and fixed it in three days. Come back Marilyn!
