I love Dr. Burke, but the office staff is so frustrating. For the entire second half of my pregnancy, my appointments were cancelled or rescheduled. I was made to feel like my baby didn't matter. I thought my post care would be different. I had to schedule an appointment over 2 months in advance to cater to mine and my daughter's schedules, and sure enough.... They had to reschedule. Except this time I couldn't, so now I have a very needed procedure not happening because they don't know how to schedule properly. If you don't have a job or a life, this place is great.

Awful. It took over a year to get a referral to another doctor after calling weekly to get someone to finally help me.

The PA didn't attach my IUD properly so it sat on top of my cervix causing perforation. I complained about the pain after my appointment and was completely ignored. It took a new doctor before I got the situation fixed. Yes, I am looking into legal action.

Please do not go here if you are expecting help or support. They will ignore you, your issues, your phone calls, and then proceed to tell you how they are "working" on it for a year.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Garrison but, he was unavailable so, I had my annual Women’s exam with Lindsay Garrison today. She and her assistant Yessina are wonderful!! Very caring, friendly, patient, professional, very informed, and very thorough. I felt that Lindsay took her time and really listened to me and explained everything to me. She also explained all of the treatment options available. She went over my mammogram and dexa scan with me and explained what was going on and what to expect going forward. I highly recommend Lindsay Garrison and will be seeing her for any future needs.

Dr. Garrison that I used to see is on permanent leave but he was one of the best doctors I've had that actually cared. He helped us have our daughter. He saved me from a different doctors mess up with my c-section that could of taken my life. I really owe him a lot. I wish he wasn't on leave but he's put in a lot of years so he deserves the break. Thank you Dr. Garrison.

I had two incompetent experiences! The first was when my appointment was cancelled in November without notification and then the second was when they would not accept my insurance. I have Blue Shield as my primary and Kaiser as my secondary insurance. They stated that since Kaiser is through my employer that it has to be my primary. This is something I have not heard from any other health care provider in Chico. They would not accept my Blue Shield insurance. I am taking this as a sign that I would have received less than stellar care.

Front receptionist was very professional and kind. My MA was caring and made me feel comfortable during a awkward exam but my NP Harpreet was not. I do not feel like I was heard, she seemed bothered by my questions and I left with no answers or even a offer to do a lab work up. I went to establish care and had concerns regarding my hormones levels and possible PMDD. I’m 43 and my mother went through menopause in her 30’s. I have been suffering with symptoms and I got no where from this visit. I left with being told to take vitamin d and calcium and no clue as to why.

Went to see Lindsay Garrison for my annual. She and Yessenia were both delightful and conscious of my pain tolerance during the exam. The facility was very clean. I was asked to be there at 7:30am for my 8am appointment and was met with a locked door. Called to be sure that I was in the right place and their answering service said they were closed. I waited for staff to arrive until 7:45am. Suggesting that they revise this policy for arrival time for the first appointment in the morning to avoid confusion and waiting outside (or have staff come early). Otherwise, good visit.

The people are nice but this place is hard to find, impossible to find parking in at all times, and they offer very limited services. Over all seems behind the times and a bit run down.
