We had a wonderful delivery today, and it being so close to the holiday, a happy delivery person is just what we needed. My mother was so worried we would get the bed before her husband's arrival home for Christmas but just like Santa we got our christmas wish in the form of a hospital bed. He will be coming home on hospice and this part was giving us the most grief. He arrived, was very professional yet personable, and helpful with instructions. He even grabbed some other handrails when he didn't like the first ones!! Overall a very quick and easy experience during an awfully difficult situation.

This company is a nightmare to work with…if they contract with your hospice agency, change your hospice provider immediately…rude drivers, and broken equipment…they promise delivery and don’t show up when expected. Our hospital bed broke after 3 weeks. They replaced it with one that won’t rise to allow someone to eat who is bed ridden. When promised to make it right and waiting for the proper bed to be delivered, their customer service lied and cancelled the order for replacement. They don’t care about the wellbeing of their patients. It’s all about what will save this company money.

I got a CPAP machine during Covid from another provider. I hated it. I would literally throw the mask across the room. After talking with Alicia at Enos I have hope that it may work for me. She went over setting up and using the machine in a concise and clear manner. She helped me fit the nasal mask. And she helped me set up the app. I'm looking forward to my first call with an Enos sleep therapist.

The respiratory therapist who originally set me up was wonderful, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The staff are nice. However, getting ahold of a live person is extremely difficult. Every time I try to call, I end up in a voicemail. I'm overdue for supplies.

First call to get a CPAP was in Novemeber. They stated they would call back. Never heard from them again until December 18th. Asked a question about insurance and home set up they stated they would call me back, never did. They then just called me today 1/7 still no answers on the cost and then want me to go in office to get fit or have them ship me the device and then they maybe come out and help set up. How is this acceptable?

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue since December 2023. My mom falls out of her bed (and other times) and needed a hospital bed. The doctor wrote an order for the bed and it took until March 2024 for Enos to admit they had the order. Now they are requiring visit notes to support the order that she needs this hospital bed. The doctor's office has sent that too, but Enos states they have not received these notes.

Each time I call, the customer service person will NOT tell me her name. The last person I spoke to actually HUNG UP ON ME WHILE I KEPT ASKING FOR HER NAME!

I'm a retired nurse practitioner of 40 years and I'm used to the need for documentation for insurance payment. But, customer service should not treat their clients like dirt. Giving a name isn't because I'm going to go after someone. It is in order for me to document on my end "who I spoke to, date and time." Then notes about the conversation.

Come on ENOS! Are your customer service people taught to make their customers feel outraged and belittled? I guess I'll just keep trying to figure this out one month at a time since I've never received a call back from this supply company. Also, why do they not call a doctor's office directly? Perhaps that would make too much sense?

**Update: I did hear back from them and they are willing to factor in the situation and she was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the quick response.
I was very disappointed with the service after I took home the CPAP machine. I received no paperwork, no billing info, no return info. I had severe lung/ chest pain even after the pressure was reduced. I also woke up to breathing in water built up in the tube. I then got a nasty sinus infection/ migraine from using it. I called to return it and they picked it up. I then received the bill. I had it for a week and a half, and got charged for the whole month. NONE of this was explained to me prior to getting the machine. When I called about the bill, it took 4 tries and 3 voice mails before I could speak to someone.
