I have been using Medsource products for a while, not once have I had a bad experience, EVERYONE is so friendly, and helpful. I feel the need to call out Erica for her help today. She was kind, knowlegeable and went the extra mile to help me. She is an asset to your company. Chelsea and Deb are also knowlegeable and helpful. FYI I brag about you guys to my family in another state, there was a time that my family struggled to get my mother the supplies she needed. The facilty we worked with was horrible.
They never answered the phone, or follow up on messages, just horrible service. I let my family know what a joy it is working with you guys.

Very polite and helpful staff. They got me fitted, answered all of my questions, and even gave me other supplies I asked for all in about ten minutes. The man who helps with mask fitting, I can't remember his name, but be his very knowledgeable and professional.

These guys go above and beyond to help the customers. I'm only speaking of myself but the way I was treated I bet they are amazing to everyone that comes in. Mike , man I can not say enough good things about him. I have anxiety and he put me at total ease when I went in to the office. Thank you all

Friendly and helpful staff . Got me what I needed and got me out the door with no issues helped me switch a script from another place because they couldn't charge the brace I was getting to my insurance and they could so it cost me nothing but a co pay . Very helpful place

My husband just saw a doctor that All he did you come in ask my husband how he. was doing and asked if my husband had any questions and said see you in March for some test and then said it's good seeing you.
