Im never rushed and she makes sure to answer all my questions. Dr Kwan is patient and I never felt rushed or that my questions were annoying. She listened to all my concerns and she is knowledgeable.

The worst... Dr Kwan's staff is unorganized and gives out false information. I called 3 days prior to my video appointment to confirm everything needed was received and approx 3 hours later her staff confirmed they had my file and we were good to proceed with my appointment. Day of appointment file is incomplete and Dr tries to push off the fact that her staff dropped the ball and act as if I had not done my part. Which is in no way true. I speak with Cassie her nurse and of course I am upset I waited 3 months for the appointment, My voice was elevated but as I told her I'm not yelling I'm just loud and dramatic. Never once did I use foul language but by all means who wouldn't be pissed. Next thing I know she hangs up on me. In a nutshell when I advised them that I was filing a complaint I became blackballed. Now weeks have gone by Dr Kwans office refers me to another provider I contact them they don't do my needed surgery. Then Dr gets me another referral to Ucsf who doesn't take my insurance and their office was notified on Aug 21 as of today they have never contacted me. This office doesn't care about the needs of the patient which is demonstrated my their lies and lack of follow thru. What's even more crazy is when I reported nurse Cassie they could of easily listened to the call (their automated system states all calls are recorded) but they didn't they believed the Nurse who only documented our conversation after I filed a complaint. Seek services elsewhere.... My health care needs are being compromised because poor Healthcare staff.

The office was welcoming. All paperwork was sent in advance giving me time to fill everything in at home. Dr. Le Train was very friendly and professional. She answered all my questions. I am reassured that she will be monitoring my breast health going forward.
