I went to see Dr Shi after developing pain in my toes. I had suffered for about 2 weeks before finding out a podiatrist could possibly help me. I found Dr. Shi and he diagnosed me with Chilblains, explained the condition, do's and dont's and prescribed an ointment that worked like a charm. Dr. Shi is caring and attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

This was my first visit with Dr Shi. Dr Shi was very good, and he listened to all of my concerns. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me good advice. He also gave me a referral to someone who could help in areas that are not his expertise. Overall I was very satisfied with the visit.

Dr. Shi couldn't have been kinder, more efficient, or more knowledgeable in my appointment with him. I initially made an appointment for one ingrown nail. I later asked him about another, and he was happy to asses them both. He confirmed for me that both were ingrown, the approach that he would recommend, and answered all questions that I had in a kind, and efficient manner. I opted to have the nails assessed and the procedure to address the issue on the same day. However, he offered for me to come back in the event that I wasn't comfortable committing to the procedure right then, which I feel demonstrated how important it is to him for his patients to feel both comfortable and fully informed. I felt that he cared about my comfort, safety, and wellbeing, and would recommend him to my friends for any podiatry needs.
