Highly recommend!! I have never been to a pharmacy / medical supply store where the employees truly care and want to help you. They are all amazing. I went in here while my newborn was on oxygen to grab some supplies and the lady who was working went as far to grab me a bag of samples of what I needed (since I didn’t need much of it)! I thought that was the sweetest gesture during a time when I needed some more sweetness in my life! I recommend this place to everyone 🙂

Nice lady named Lindsay (hope I spelled correct) showed me all the options on a walker for my mother. She wasn't pushy, had patience with my questions and those questions she didn't have answers to, she went and found the answers. Thank you. I'll come back when I need to because of her.

Dealt with Erickson's approximately 3 years ago, and at that time would give them 5 stars, unfortunately can't do the same now.

Who will help you when you have no insurance? Make sure someone is there to instruct the patient how to use oxygen when they get discharge? The answer is not Affinity. The guy was in a hurry on a Friday afternoon, didn't wait for my aunt to get home, and decided it was too long of a drive to bring her distilled water because she was on 16LPM of oxygen.
Instead, I called Erickson Home Medical equipment. They were there when they said they would be, answered all of our questions, and did it all for no charge!
