This place deserves a negative star I would not take a animal here so sad they don't care about patients health it's just a paycheck the front staff at desk are aloud to screw up all the time and never held accountable or made correct issues. issues never get address they push it under the rug they treat you unprofessional and terrible place needs to be closed down. An management is just as bad never returns phone calls or messages regarding issues they all just ignore any issues you have or that arises this place needs to be investigated for all the wrong they do an hold accountable for all personnel involved beware if you care about your health and have a desire to live an live healthy stay clear of this location on Jackson Street Pensacola Florida. Best location that cared an did their job correctly was cantonment location and wouldn't you know they closed that location down an forced patients to return back to Jackson location and Milton location where they do not care about patients only a paycheck bad staff an poor customer service INVESTAGION needed seriously beware

All the good doctors I ever had there, don't even stay long. My husband and I have had a few doctors there. We have to go without meds because switch of doctors. Even though we are still within the three month rule.

This clinic is severely lacking in professionalism and manners. You essentially have to fight in order to get healthcare of any sort. The clerical staff are all highly unprofessional and I find that they are generally rude. It is like pulling teeth to get proper care from this facility. I had a referral put in February 2022, it took until June for that referral to be sent anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

This establishment is not worthy of one dime from insurance company’s . They do not sincerely care about their patients. It’s very poor management I am suffering with out my pain medicine now I’m going through the DT’s and they don’t care!!! I have needed X-rays on both shoulders for over a year now . My cooking has taken a drastic change I cannot pickup heavy casserole dishes when they are empty, it’s very painful to use. I need proper care for my health and the clinic isn’t even close I don’t feel good.

I have been trying to get Dr. Sampson to send referrals I need since March! It is now October!!! I have never in my life seen or had care THIS bad!
And what is really sad, is when I complain to someone they act surprised until they ask who my doctor is when I tell them they say ohhhh . So that shows that the CLINIC/establishment Must not care at ALL about the care of their patients! Unbelievable! They also Never answer the phone OR return phone calls! ? worst care I have ever received in 50 years!
I need to find out where there funding comes from and let them know they are wasting funds on people that do not do their jobs! If you don’t CARE.. get OUT of health care!
