Everyone at ESK Healthcare has been really helpful with taking care of my mom at Edelweiss. They have allowed her to stay in the comfort of her own apartment by helping her with daily tasks she can’t do by herself anymore. Aids like Blessing have become wonderful companions for her. My family and I are so grateful to ESK Services for the care they gave our mother as her dementia worsened. The people who work at ESK are professionals, but more important they are *kind* and *patient* people. My mother thought and spoke of the ESK aides as friends, and they were her friends. They also kept in touch with my sister and I with phone calls and texts and emails, and they would respond to our questions or co concerns immediately — we could text or call. ESK’s website keeps family up to date (to the hour) of which aide is on duty. We could not have found better caretakers for our mother.

ESK has been caring for my elderly father while he has COVID. They have provided professional, caring support for him. He is confined to bed and all the caregivers have been attentive to both him and to the family and have kept him comfortable and cared for. They have worked beautifully with our hospice team. Eric and Eron have been very attentive and responsive to questions and concerns. I highly recommend this agency.

5 Stars. I referred a family friend in December and the family has not stopped thanking me. To put it in perspective this elderly lady has been to nursing facilities, assisted living, and used several different home care services. Never have they received the compassion that they have from ESK. Eric was extremely professional and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend using their services.

Eric and his team have been invaluable in caring for my mother through this time of Covid-19. They were extremely professional in establishing and following protocols for keeping her safe. They were caring and compassionate, and kept me informed about how she was feeling and what we could do for her. They were reliable and were there with little notice when extra hours were needed. We are grateful for the excellent care they provided during a very difficult time.
