They will use you and then kick you to the curb. You could overachieve but if you don’t fit in their budget you will be let go without warning. They used to have future associates sign NDA’s to keep them quiet after being terminated but they recently just sent Mail out that says that NDA has been lifted. I assume they have been getting into some legal troubles because of it. So before you choose to work there, read this, and if you have questions about the inner workings of that building, I have the answers. ESP is no good.

Amazing workplace. Hands down the best management I've ever had. They want to see everyone at the top and there's lots of opportunities to grow with the company. I also want to recognize my supervisor, Jennifer Ruiz. She has been such a delight to work with. She always pushes me to do better and has proven that there is no limits to success with ESP. Very thankful for her and all the she does for me and our team.

I'm glad to be a part of a company that allows you to grow and notices your efforts. They really do help you move up and want to see you succeed. The management and supervisor teams have been extremely helpful and welcoming. My supervisor Jorge Valdez has been very hands on from the moment I started in the Travel department and answers any questions I may have allowing me to increase my knowledge within the company.

I have worked for this company it started out good but I discovered they were not paying me what I was originally promised for pay! They corrected the situation but I took an assignment away from home and they didn’t have any assignments where I was at for me to pick up but once I returned home months later I started back up and to my discover to find out they once again shortened my pay back to what they originally were paying me when I began! I asked the agency and they told me the company lowered their rates but according to the company management themselves they did not lower the rates! I was also informed of another location I can choose from at a higher rate but once I started my on boarding process ESP sent me lower rates stating the company lowered the rates... I stop my process of finishing my on boarding documents and the company themselves called to find out why I haven’t completed them and I informed them I was told they lowered there rates.. I was informed by the ceo they did not lower their rates and it’s my company who is low balling me as a RN ESP denies this accusation but this agency refuses to pay what they promise you and don’t appreciate u as a nurse! I was told by not 1 but 2 companies their rates have not lowered and should be the same but ESP gives you a lesser rate to increase their pockets. I was working at a facility as a RN and LPN were getting paid more than double of what my pay is with ESP! I love the daily pay but I have to stop working with them due to not appreciating my work!! I work so many shifts they make money from us the more we work the more they make but they don’t appreciate me and I was told if I can make more somewhere else to go work there! That was a slap in the face response being I’ve been with them some 2020. I really hope they stop doing this to nurses.

good for nurses bad for employees! minimum direction given expect results out of the gate get results, when you get the results they are unable to fill positions! Then they hammer on any kind of facility that has nurses and expect 3 calls a day to the same place after they tell you

Definitely a great place to go to work to develop your A Game. Been here for a couple years and have grown every step of the way. Great leadership from Jenn, Jessie, Jerry, and Ryan and of Course BLUE TEAM is better than ANY OTHER TEAM!!!

I have been with the company for 4 years now and ESP Personnel has been a great place to work. We come in everyday to find experienced nurses to work in our great facilities across the country. We offer flexible schedules, block booked schedules, housing assistance, relocation assistance, weekly pay with direct deposit, competitive pay, and free CEU's for all of our nurses. We have a great team of employees and it is a pleasure to work with everyone. It has become more of a work family to me. Our VP is always trying to make things fun and competitive for us. Not to mention he has a great sense of humor. ESP gives you the opportunity to make a lot of money if you put your mind to it. Your hard work definitely pays off and it shows in your paychecks.
