Drs there are amazing, med assistants are great, I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years. BUT DON’T YOU TRY TO CALL because is the worst customer service experience you will get, you have to call 3-4 times because they hung up on you, or they say they will place you on hold and then the call drops. Like WTH! Why? Is a complete nightmare to call. If the clinic see this, my prescription wasn’t sent for Vitamin D 🙃🙂 and I was told I will get one sent to my pharmacy. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Pediatric doctors are the best here! Bailey Jenkins is so helpful and very welcoming. I recommend coming here! Might be a wait but it’s definetly worth it!

Dr Diaz is a great pediatrician he is great with the babies and is very knowledgeable. But the clinic itself is otherwise terrible. They don’t let you schedule your own appointments. They pick the day and time and you are just expected to be available and show up. They will also call to reschedule the appointment within 15 minutes of the start time but if you need to reschedule you’ll be met with a nasty attitude and a bunch of excuses. The nurses also aren’t trained well on administering vaccines because my son will leave his appointment with a big lumpy bruise that takes weeks to go away. The only reason we stay so long was because we loved Dr Diaz but the breaking point was being told we can’t reschedule an appointment because they have no availability till December after they rescheduled on us while we were outside in the parking lot. Terrible, terrible service they only get 2 stars for Dr. Diaz being great at his job.

Employees at the call center need to be fired . I called for a simple question and the lady who answered yelled and gave a very bad attitude. I wish I had gotten her name but she’s from the call center . Definitely taking my business elsewhere after that . Thanks for nothing.

I was thinking of going to this clinic . However, after reading all the bad reviews I will take my business elsewhere. I see no good reviews ! Is this clinic that horrible? Why haven’t things changed if this has been going on for years why hasn’t this clinic tried to do better

Please do better in hiring your staff! Most of these doctors my family and I have seen have no idea what they’re doing, some are rude and act like they’re being forced to work there! Especially dr Mariangeline Gonzalez she kept rolling her eyes and not letting me speak or finish talking before interrupting. When I would explain to her what I was feeling she interrupts in an annoyed tone pretty much telling me to get to the point. Never sent me the referral she was supposed to give me, sent her a message and she never replied back. Not one smile, oh but online she’s all smiles for the photos and videos posted on the Esperanza socials. Was very disappointed and left with so much anxiety after seeing her! Elizabeth Casabal is another dr who diagnoses with something you don’t have and doesn’t listen to you she just assumes you have something you don’t have and diagnoses you and tries to treat you for it without testing for anything and disregarding most of your symptoms! Mental health dept needs a LOT of improvement too! Horrible experience working with most mental health providers here especially with Maria de Los Santos! She never follows up, forgets things, accuses you of saying something you didn’t say, fails to call for appts and blames you for it, calls really late, is busy with her to-dos while on an in call appt! Also A lot of doctors keep canceling dr appts which is very frustrating because sometimes it might be an appt scheduled months in advance and only for them to cancel last minute and have to wait a lot again to reschedule something available! Out of all clinics I’ve gone I’ve never had the issue I’ve had with Esperanza in regards to drs cancelling their appts and the service provided from mental health dept! Some of the Doctors we’ve seen that are AMAZING are Jasmine Moreno she is the best dr I’ve ever encountered she’s very caring and professional, she cares about her patients! She seems very passionate at what she does and you can tell she loves her profession. Also Monica Eghbali she’s amazing! She’s very charismatic and understanding. She explains to you everything doesn’t rush you, she makes you feel heard and works with you at your comfort level.

Makes sense that they have all these negative reviews. Staff is completely unprofessional from the front desk sounding like they hate their job, to the medical assistants especially this exceptionally rude one named Erica, to the manager Isabel who doesn’t know how to handle her staff to the doctors. I don’t know how they are in business. They take FOREVER to honor one’s appointments. Every single one of these reviews should be looked into because its prob 1 out of 10 that is actually a happy camper. HORRIBLE! Do better.

2/11- appointment was for 10:30am, it’s 11:10 am and no show from the doctor. I can understand if the doctor is behind but for too long I can’t wait too long. I have another appointment at 12pm and I can’t be here waiting all day. Besides that making appointments here is horrible always like a month after or longer. When my kids are very sick I have had to take them to an urgent care facility because it’s impossible to schedule a meeting in this facility. I’m shocked because this never had happen to me before a few years back. I’m already looking for another another.
