Nick ( M.A.T ) counselor and Dr. Shokunbi are AMAZING!! I have been patient for 6 years and will continue coming back..
Both have been very compassionate towards my treatment and knowledgeable with care towards any concerns and questions.
I feel they have been like family to me and would recommend them highly.
Thanks to Esperanza clinic!! 1st class establishment

Sara Twiehaus is the worst. If you want your time wasted ,get an appointment with her. She's rude and unprofessional. She literally only there for a paycheck she doesn't care about the patients she sees. Then she has the nerve to request her friends at rush, if she's rude I can only imagine her circle of friends. No thank you.

Never have any soon appointments. We call to see for cancellations and they never have any. My appointments are always at least a month ahead always. I have a family emergency and asked to be sooner but not even for a family emergency. Do better Esperanza. Don’t even make them your providers. Also sometimes they cancel on you when you’re already on your way.

I really appreciate my Doctor I have with Esperanza. I feel like he always listens to me and my concerns and will address my needs. The lab is also super quick! The only drawback is the wait time. For all of my in person visits, I've always waited around 1-1.5 hours until I saw my Doctor. My attempt at a solution is try to schedule earlier because I know some people do need more attention than others and hopefully that helps, but all in all, I appreciate the service they provide.

I also love my therapist, she is great and the medical assistant I always interact with is great too.

This place is great! Nice receptionists, Dr Assistants, Dr and Labs. Felt very heard on my concerns and answered all questions..Wait time wasn’t long and the lab work results were fast. Definitely recommend these centers.

The nurses and doctors are brave and wonderful my only gripe is with those receptionist. A bunch of thots working there you ask them to make an appointment or tell them that you have an appointment they roll there eyes and sigh. Like, sweetie if you don't like yo job then simple quit. I don't know who hired these immature brats but they need to get fired immediately. I remember I was making an appointment and I don't know what happened I think I forgot something or whatever and the lil thot let out a sigh like, I'm sorry sweetheart is there something bothering you? Man, I swear I would go back there with pies and smash them over there that faces.

I am a patient at this location, I was next door at the dentist and I came in to get my referral to the medical side. I needed to use the washroom, I asked if I could use it, I understand there is no public restroom but I told the receptionist Tania that I was a patient for the medical side as well and the dentist next door didn't have the key. She wouldn't let me go in and kept insisting that I couldn't go in. I told her that I really have to go and still didn't let me in. After I asked for my referral she said I didn't have any. I told her I couldn't access it online like they said I would. She finally gave me the referral and let me go in to use the washroom. Saying "oh I can let you go in now because you asked for the referral but since you said you were across the hall at the dentist I couldn't let you in, due to our regulation" They really need to have some compassion and have family friendly morals for their patients.
