I have frequented this store many times before for tumbled stones and stone carvings and been very satisfied with my previous products and experiences. However, recently I purchased two fragrance oils that smelled a bit sour, and different from oils of the same flower I have previously purchased from different companies. I brought this up to the manager, who insisted there was nothing wrong with them, and that they smelled different than mine because they were fragrance oils and mine were not. I went home later and checked my oils, they were also fragrance oils. Additionally, when I asked her what makes an oil a fragrance oil (so that I could avoid ingredients that would cause that smell in the future), she stated there was nothing added to her oils. The store would not issue me a refund, but they offered an exchange which I accepted for some gemstones of the same value. Unfortunately, I was charged tax on the transaction meaning I was double taxed by them. I appreciate that they offered an exchange at least but I will NOT be buying any oils from them again, as I have lost trust in their product quality of that category. I am simply writing this review to spread awareness of this product issue. The crystals are amazing though.

There's a lot of places in this area that sell crystals. But this is the only place where you can FEEL that they sell crystals. If ykyk. The second you walk in here, you just want to take a huge deep breath. The energy is just right. Every single time. Honestly, I usually just walk in here to take a deep breath. It's a good energy reset and it hits you instantly.
They are super knowledgeable. They're also one of the only crystal stores in the area that can answer every single one of your questions instead of using the old "go by the energy" suggestion. Which shows they actually know their stuff and they're not just guessing. They also have a lot of connections in the community so if you're looking for some sort of specific service or event or anything of the sort, they've got the answers. And every one of the employees have very authentic energy. I love it in here.

A hidden gem in downtown Melbourne. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Prices are great. There is something for everyone in this beautiful store.

This place has a lot of wonderful items. There is a vast selection of gemstones, herbs, oils, and other magical things.

However, I was recently dissapointed however after buying a lapiz lazuli mala. I did not think at the store that it might be dyed, but after bringing it home, separating the beads from the string, and soaking it in isopropal alcohol, I learned that it was so. All the dye came out into the isopropal alcohol, which turned very blue.

I then tried soaking it in alcohol again with the hopes that I had removed all the artificial dye and no more would come out, but more came out.

I repeated the process after that and dye still came out... there seems to be no end to the amount of dye that is leeching out of these lapiz lazuli beads.

This is a beautiful place with an amazing selection. They have varied price points, and I was very happy to find a few gorgeous pieces that were in my budget. I really like how they have a bowl full of a sage mix that is used for cleansing any items that are bought. They set your item in the bowl and then sprinkle a bit of it on your item as it’s being packaged, which I think is very important and very thoughtful. They also offer different services here, such as candle making, pairing customized herbs, hypnosis, reiki, readings, and other healing rituals. I felt comfortable and welcomed here, good vibes all around. The people who work here are wonderful. I am so happy that I found this magical little store and I will definitely be returning.

We had the absolute pleasure of getting to have Angie with Essential Elements Wellness officiant our wedding this March. Angie took so much time and care, curating an amazing ceremony and encouraged us to tweak things as we liked. It resulted in a beautiful ceremony that didn’t have a dry eye amongst all of our guests. It was very in tune to our personal beliefs and was 100% the best choice we could have made for our wedding. Everyone at the store is so friendly and even assisted us with selecting some beautiful pieces for our table scapes. Guests loved the items we picked out so much, that a lot of our stones and crystals found new homes that night, which we love. We’ve been visiting the store since we began our relationship four years ago and plan to continue doing so, now with even more passion because they played such a pivotal role in one of the most important days of our life’s. We couldn’t be more grateful.

I’ve was recommended this place from a friend a few years ago, and I love this place, every time I come in I am welcomed. I usually have many questions, and they are happy to answer (no matter how small). The customer service at this place is phenomenal, for example, a necklace from here broke once, and I got to exchange it with no hassle. Large selection and variety of products. I’ve seen a few reviews saying it is expensive here, but I personally think that their products are fairly priced. 10/10 would recommend!
