Dr Abbie does a phenomenal job. Her combination of dry needling, muscle therapy, & chiropractic treatment has done wonders for my lower back and neck. She is a person who truly cares about your well being and it shows in spades. I highly recommend Dr. Abbie.

Abbie is the best! Her approach to chiropractic care is much more comprehensive than I've experienced elsewhere. The combination of dry needling, myofascial release and chiropractic care really has a lasting result. I appreciate that her goal is to get you feeling better in as few appointments as possible. I never feel like she's suggesting follow-up appointments just for the sake of scheduling another appointment. Highly recommend Abbie and her services!

So glad I took a chance and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Abby/ Essex Integrative Health. I started going to see her for dry needling for chronic hip and neck pain/tightness. I have seen great improvement in pain and range of motion. Dr. Abby is very knowledgeable about how the body works and is so kind/empathetic.
I have been so impressed with Dr Abby that I brought my family member to hear for both dry needling and functional medicine care. They have found significant relief from chronic joint pain with the dry needling and we are encouraged to begin functional medicine care for chronic systemic issues.

Dr. Zubiel is amazing! So professional and warm bedside manner. Her space is clean and so cozy. She is gentle and gives such a healing vibe.
