I cannot recommend Nicole enough! As a first-time pregnant mom, I had so many questions and concerns, and she made the entire experience so much easier. She is incredibly personable, taking the time to connect with me and ensure I felt comfortable during every appointment. Her knowledge and expertise are unmatched, and she has a way of explaining things in a clear and simple manner, which made even the most complicated topics easy to understand.

What I appreciate most is how she genuinely encourages questions, no matter how big or small, and always answers with kindness and patience. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make you feel confident and informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and approachable, Nicole is the absolute best!

The first few appointments were incredible! Got in fast, and Dr was wonderful at his job. The staff here is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Left me in a room until closing because they forgot, never gave me information that the doctor asked them to, and today I was called to be told that my appointment made 2 MONTHS prior was to be canceled. When I gave my name and birthdate, the woman I spoke to said, "Oh yeah, that day he isn't here." That day was today, which made me confused and hopeful that I could continue with my appointment, but needed clarification. I asked. "What day is he not there?"
She said, "Whatever day your appointment is." WHAT?! So I simply asked, "So today? Because my appointment is today." She said,'Oh! Yeah. Today, he's not here." She asked to schedule me another month out. 3 months for a WELL woman checkup is insane. The staff is disgraceful, and honestly, I'm ready to just welcome cancer and whatever else can come with reasoning for well women's checkups because this is exhausting and infuriating.

Madison Ginis is actually the best doctor I have ever been to. She explains everything in depth and in a way that’s easy to understand. She actually listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. I’m a self pay patient and she also has taken that into consideration with our treatment plan so that we can do everything we need to do in the most cost efficient way possible. She’s friendly, easy to get along with, and so knowledgeable. Absolutely love her and recommend her highly to anyone that will listen

From start to finish the care received at Estrella Women’s has been amazing! We loved our MA, Reyna and our midwife Nicole. This was my first pregnancy and it was a great experience. We will definitely return for our next kiddo. Our midwife was out of town at delivery and Britt & Karline were absolutely amazing helping me through a tough delivery. So thankful for all these awesome women who helped us bring our little girl into the world!

Maddy is the best provider you could choose. The best bed side manner, it just feels like you’re talking to a big sister who truly wants to help you have the best experience. If I could give her more stars I would:)

Kendell was very friendly and professional and we thoroughly enjoyed our ultrasound. Following the ultrasound, however, we had some questions with it being our first pregnancy. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to ask them because we were kind of rushed out, or we at least felt that way. We were handed a packet and kind of sent on our way to check out, and she left the exam room fairly quickly. I’m sure this was unintentional but it would have been nice to have our provider recognize we might have questions and allow time to address them. Otherwise we had a great experience for our first visit with Estrella Midwifery.

Great energy and vibes! Felt very comfortable with her The moment she walked into the room for our first appointment. Really seemed to care and go the extra miles. I really wish she didn’t have to leave the women’s clinic. However, I know she will provide great services and be a wonderful doctor anywhere she goes! Take care K L

I have been to this clinic before to have my birth control taken out and they were very sweet very welcoming answered any questions I had Because I was a little nervous going in, ended up, going to the wrong location that day For my appointment and ended up here and they were able to get me scheduled and help me out due to miscommunication Today however, was a different story. I had an appointment for confirmation of pregnancy. I’m about five weeks. And scared out of my mind I came in with my notebook with a bunch of questions to ask being that I will be a first time parent was not informed prior to my appointment That due to my insurance, I had to get a referral from my primary physician. The lady at the front desk wasn’t being very sympathetic when I had first came in, she basically was just looking at me as if I didn’t belong there and then was questioning me even having an appointment. She wasn’t very helpful when I asked what kind of referral And she basically just told me that I needed a referral from my primary physician basically elaborating that I was pregnant And me again, knowing nothing what I’m doing all because this is my first time ever being pregnant I was very upset that I wasn’t really feeling like I was getting help and I couldn’t understand why they needed a referral to say that I was pregnant that’s why I had originally came to this clinic to find out myself. She then basically asked me when I wanted to reschedule next week, two weeks from now and then made a comment saying she doesn’t really know how long it’s going to take in order for me to come back and that stressed me out more. I already feel like I have certain symptoms cramping Side pain and these are the things that scare me so I left. I told her that I would just have to call to make another appointment. It was frustrating already. I’m already on edge and I’m already beyond scared and I didn’t get any questions answered so after the clinic I sat in my car for 40 minutes because I was not only frustrated, but I was honestly upset and hurt that now I’m going to have to wait more weeks to get the information that I need I have questions. I have concerns and I just feel like paranoid person going to the Internet for every single question anytime I want to eat anything having to go to the Internet for it. I was looking forward to this appointment due to the fact that I would get my questions answered, and I wasn’t even allowed to have my appointment, this would also be the clinics doing as for when I made my appointment. I was not told that I was going to need a referral if I was aware of this, I would’ve had it done before coming to my appointment. I will be looking for a new OB/GYN gynecologist clinic Because this was honestly just upsetting
