My overall experience was as expected, AWESOME!! Upon entering, the staff were very attentive and super friendly. The office was welcoming and clean!! And not to mention…Lisa Gowan, she is absolutely the best. She always makes me feel comfortable with any procedure I have, and she gives me the hard truth when it comes to my health. That lets me know that she genuinely cares and wants the best for her patients.

Dr.Voss is amazing!!!! The staff is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and she also did my hysterectomy for me! The only thing was the wait time could be a little longer but honestly it’s because she is so good at what she does! Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr. Voss was wonderful! She was interested in me and helping me to get healthy again. She immediately ordered the tests that I needed and my follow up appointment has minimal waiting time. The clinic is very relaxing and the staff is very professional. I would recommend EstrogenicA Health 360 to anyone who is interested in receiving excellent medical care and service.

I have been treated very well at EstrogenicA. I am very pleased with the doctors, nurse practitioners and even receptionists that have cared for me. They explained all procedures being done and gave me different options for treatment. She explained costs, left nothing unanswered. They seemed to care about my over-all health. I feel fortunate to be able to use EstrogenicA. I highly recommend.

I usually see NP Pam Jones whenever I go. She is so sweet and listens. She gives off this very knowledgeable big sister vibe and it’s so comforting. My last appointment she couldn’t help me with what I was looking for so she suggested a consult with Dr. Voss. Dr. Voss delivered my last baby as she was on call and I just instantly loved her. After my consult with her she is even more great. She is so very thorough. More thorough of a doctor than I have ever experienced before. She listens. She tells you all possible options while explaining in detail each and every one. She’s honest. She isn’t going to tell you “X is going to fix all your problems”. She is sure that you understand what something MIGHT do for you and doesn’t try to say that it WILL. I’ve read reviews that have said her wait times can be very long, but a long wait is worth a doctor that you can tell truly cares about you, your thoughts, your body, and your quality of life.

Ms Lisa is amazing… very easy to talk to and she gave me a few options to help control my night sweats… I must say that i can see a difference and the night sweats are not as they were before and the ladies in the office are amazing. My first appointment was set up by my daughter in law. She gave them my information including my insurance policy number, which they claimed to have run through their system beforehand. I called prior to the appointment to let the doctor know that i had started my monthly cycle and asked if we should reschedule because I was to have a pap smear that day. The reason for the visit was heavy menstruation, i was told to come on in. I arrive for my appointment to check in, which was a hassle because they had misspelled my first and last name. Once I was checked in they asked for ID and insurance which was fine until I was told it would cost 150$ for my copay. I was going to reschedule but the receptionist told me it would be cheaper to just pay for their office visit with cash which was only 120$ versus 150$ using my insurance. So I became a cash paying customer at this point. I get called to the back and the nurse practitioner has to "clean" me up before she can attempt the procedure. Which ended up taking much longer than needed because she had trouble locating my cervix. After scheduling an appointment two weeks out to get the results I leave, go back for the results and I'm told they were inconclusive because the sample was bad. So I'm put through another pap smear procedure and the same nurse practitioner spends about 15 trying to locate my cervix which was so uncomfortable. She mentions getting another member of staff to try and I tell her no if she can't do the procedure nobody else was going to be brought in to try. She finally gets the sample and I'm then asked if I've had an ultrasound done yet in which I reply no why would I need one. She goes out and comes back in stating that an ultrasound along with a biopsy of my cervix needed to be done. I reminded them I'm a cash paying customer, I'm told it would be 189$ for next visit. Which was supposed to be to get test results back. I'm setting up the next appointment and I'm charged 50$ for that days visit when i was told it wouldn't cost anything. They schedule the ultrasound first, then the biopsy and then my test results. I wasn't happy at all, why would I have a biopsy before even getting my results back.. which were negative! I found out the results after having to close my first online account with labcorp and open a new one spelling my name wrong because the information used had to match the same information from the doctors office. Which told me it was never corrected my first visit! I got billed for both labs even though one didn't provide a usable sample. I'm sure not everyone will have an experience like mine, but I'll never use them again.
