My Aunt has been at The Evergreen Nursing & Rehab Center twice and each time there have been issues with her care. Each time she leaves the center her clothes are missing. She has had new clothes that were purchased for her and it appears that someone stoles the items. When we went to retrieve some of her items the items were brought out to us unwashed and also the items in question were still missing. When visiting with my Aunt she appeared unkept and dirty.The elderly are unable to care for themselves, therefore this is why they are places in center like this. Be careful where you take your family and make sure the the Nursing homes know that your love ones have someone that care for them and can speak for them. No one wanted their love ones treated this way.
