Let’s talk about Everyday Nutrition and why I love it so much🩵🤍🩷

I first came here in November of 2021 because of a coupon I got in my triathlon bag and have been coming almost every day for breakfast/lunch ever since! The reasons for this: the owner, Amy Day, is personable and always provides excellent service; you get a light meal that is low in calories and high in protein (The shakes are a meal replacement! There’s a balance of healthy carbs, fats, and protein!); aside from just teas and shakes, you can also purchase protein cake pops and protein balls (new flavors every week!); and the space is beautifully decorated. I like to call this my happy place:)

Here’s what you get:

1) Aloe shot for digestion
2) Your choice of 4 different tea categories for a boost of energy
3) Your choice of shake flavor from vanilla, fruity, chocolate, and frap

Some of my favorite teas are Pineapple Paradise, Salty Mermaid, Electric Lemonade, and Tropical Sunrise; and some of my favorite shakes are Elvis, Monkey Oats, and Turtles Cheesecake! You can also get an iced protein coffee if you want a mix of protein and caffeine in one cup!🧋☕️

Shakes & Mega Teas always taste amazing. So many flavors & add ins to choose from. Shop is always clean & Amy and her staff are the most personable and pleasant people to interact with. Always a smile on their faces. Makes for a great post workout shake, sweet treat or meal replacement depending on your goals. 100% recommend anyone to drop in & give them a try. 👌🏻

Amy and her crew are the friendliest, most welcoming workers I have ever encountered!! Amy knows all her customers by name and knows most of their orders by memory. She takes the time to make each and every person that walks through the door feel special and she exudes sunshine even on the gloomiest day.
But she is not to be outshined by her very healthy and amazingly delicious smoothies and teas! There is a flavor for every palate and mood and they are high in protein, while also low in calories, sugar and carbs. It's almost too good to be true that anything that delicious could also be so healthy!
I have been drinking the smoothies and teas everyday for just over a year as part of my weight loss/get healthy plan, and I'm proud to say that I've lost 35 lbs! I credit the smoothies and teas for giving me a well balanced, healthy, filling and energetic start to my day! I don't know where I'd be without those products and so grateful I decided to walk in her store last Jan.
