I have chronic neck and back pain due to a disc problem. I have had numerous epidural injections, trigger point injections, pain medication (too much) none of it worked. I had one session with Morgan. I am beyond words. Such an amazing experience. I already have substantially less pain and stiffness. What she did with dry needling is nothing less than a miracle. I can't say enough about this place and Morgan. Conventional physical therapy can't even come close to the results you will get in one visit. If you want to actually get better, try Evolve!!!!

I have been experiencing neck, jaw and shoulder pain for almost a year that affects my mobility and day to day activities. I tried PT at other locations, but was not having much improvement. Since I have started to work with Dr. Siusi at Evolve, I have had improvement in my pain and mobility and have been able take less pain medication and to return to exercises and activities that I had been avoiding due to pain.

Dr. Siusi has been able to identify the tight muscles that have been the source of my symptoms and her treatment mix of dry needling, cupping, e-stim, stretching and massage coupled with a tailored at home stretching/strengthening plan has helped me find the relief I had been seeking! Plus, we have fun talking and laughing during treatments!

I had been dealing with knee issues for about a year prior to seeing Morgan. I was also training for a half marathon during the summer so I started seeing her to hopefully avoid any setbacks during training. She was able to identify the reasons for my past knee issues and the treatment worked great. Felt significant improvements over the first few appointments and haven’t had issues since. My experience with Dr Morgan & Dr Siusi at Evolve Wellness Physical Therapy exceeded all of my expectations. Not only are they down to earth people but they solved my problem within THREE visits.

My knee pain has been something I’ve been living with for over two years, hoping it will get better on itself.

I avoided going to my Doc because I knew they’d say PT and my experiences with past PTs was that I wouldn’t get the result I wanted. I also knew I didn’t have the schedule to allow 16+ visits trying to come in in 2-3 times a week!

Flash forward to working with Evolve: simply the best! They listened to my needs. They knew what I was talking about when I would refer to the exercises I do, and they helped me. 60 full minutes. 60 minutes of 1:1 attention! All I had to do was see them three times and they worked their magic. Manual massage therapy, Dry Needling, Cupping, Cup Sliding, and finishing off with the compression boots - what else could you ask for!?!

If you’re hesitating to reach out, don’t. I know for some paying 'out of pocket' is scary, but think about this: 3 visits with Evolve is less of an investment than 16 visits (co-pay + driving there + time in your schedule + whatever else you may have to pay out of pocket) somewhere else. [plus you can ask them about reimbursement through health insurance, or use your HSA FSA money].

Evolve will take care of you and rehab you to be pain free!
