I called this office to inquire about a medical examination for immigration. They charge $300, and when I questioned the price, the receptionist told me that other offices charge even more. I mentioned that I had recent lab work and doctor’s notes and asked if the doctor could use them. The receptionist told me to bring them in to see if they could be accepted. However, when I asked whether the fee would be reduced if my documents were used, she said no—the $300 was strictly for the doctor’s signature and stamp.

It’s frustrating to see medical offices overcharging and taking advantage of people. I strongly recommend researching and calling multiple offices before making a decision. I found another office that only charges $175 for the same service.

Charging me $25 for documents that I can’t work ,always asking why are you want to see a doctor 🧑‍⚕️ the doctor is good but the staff is horrible or how they run the front .I feel like people need to see these places that they hire nothing but Spanish people That speak no English and are super lost .Goodluck the doctor should hire all new people and her office would be a lot better

I wish I could give them 10 "stars". This is the greatest medical team and staff I have ever met. Everyone is very knowledgable and they take the extra step to make sure we understand how to take good care of our beloved ones. I could not be happier and more grateful. This amazing staff has been taking care of my baby since he was born, and they're always there for us every time we need them. Their kindness, accessibility, love and care will live in my heart for ever. I will be taking my expected daughter here as well. My wife and I love this place and can not recommend it more!!

they never, ever pick up the phone call. this is the second time in half a year where I call for hours and no-one picks up. great doctors but the front desk is horrible at customer service.
