We all don’t want to be here, but if you do, this Hospital is the place you want to be at. I was checked in, put in the back, vitals done in less than 10 minutes. Everybody including reception, nurse, doctor, and billing were VERY friendly and helpful. It’s very clean inside, and seems people really care about you here. I’m not sure why the other people in the comments had a negative experience, but I don’t have one bad thing to say. Do I want to be here? No… but I was trying to act younger than I am and got myself hurt. Thank you ECH for being so friendly and helpful. Hopefully I never have to be here again, but if I do… well… I’ll be back..

I went to this ER last night due to my elevated blood pressure and have never had such positive experience in an ER room and all my life. From the time I walked into the door, the staff was very attentive took me back immediately ran a scan, bloodwork, EKG and actually kept me in the ER overnight to observe to make sure my blood pressure got under control. Dr. Hubbard was my doctor and he was excellent explaining everything in detail, just want to thank the entire staff. If you want the BEST ER healthcare I would strongly recommend anyone to go there. I had fears of ever having to go to the other two ER facilities so knowing by experience that Exceptional Emergency Community Hospital is there is certainly reassuring.

This is definitely my new go to emergency room. The hospital showed traditional cleanliness. We were greeted upon arrival and seen immediately. There was not a lobby full of patients and they handled my sick children with care, patience, and concern. My children were feeling better in under a hour. They allowed my husband and I to stay with our children in the comforts of a solitary room with great hospitality amenities. Before we were discharged they provided me with a number to a pediatrician. Thank you again for your wonderful service.

I was very sick and went into Exceptional Community Hospital ER, they got me right in and started getting test done blood work etc, they found I had both a bladder infection and a bladder infection, they then Admitted me staring antibiotics, to find out the infection had gone into my blood stream, they were right on it changes my antibiotics. I was in there for 3 days, this is a amazing hospital, the staff were amazing, they made my stay to be a wonderful and amazing time getting me through this always reassuring me everything would be OK. I even have to say for a hospital the food is so very good. I would highly recommend this hospital and I think then so much for everything.

Last Wednesday I fell at work and twisted my foot really weird, anyways when i went back to work thos morning thinking everything was all better because the swelling and pain level went down and ended up at this place shortly after getting to work. When I got there I was a little taken a back that they didn't have any closer parking other than handicapped spaces (my only complaint) Anyways walked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk and got checked in quickly! The staff was very helpful and kind the facility was spotless and within minutes of arriving i was in triage and then not even 5 mins later I was getting my x ray and then maybe 10mins later went back for results got patched up with some new temporary ankle jewelry ? I think my visit was less than am hour! Amazing, that was around 8:30-9 AM. If I had went anywhere else I would probably still be sitting and waiting. This hospital is amazing, clean, quick and friendly ? I highly recommend if you don't want to sit in a waiting room all day.

I just can't thank this place enough for how amazing they are!! I ended up there last night thinking my appendix was about to go and feeling like I was literally going to die ? I was so scared. Dr. Hubbard and nurse Scott made me feel heard and acknowledged my amount of pain immediately. Nurse Scott was very attentive my entire visit and I just can't thank either one of them enough!! Turned out it was a HUGE kidney stone, but let me tell you they're painful ?. Thank you all at exceptional health, you guys are the genuine, caring people that we lack in today's healthcare and I appreciate you all more than ever!

If I could give less than one star, I would. We were visiting the area and had to renew our sons' medication prescription. After visiting multiple local clinics who wouldn't help us because we aren't patients, we were sent here. We were sent to a room where we waited almost two hours and were then told they could not help us. All this was in February. It's now mid August and I JUST received a bill for $1500 per child, and a reminder that payment is due within 30 days. My sons had their blood pressure taken. No other care, no other services. We are being asked to pay $3000 to sit in a chair? This is obscene. It's gouging, and when I called to discuss my concerns with the billing department, I was told there was nothing they could do. What a terrible excuse for medical care.

If anyone has a problem with their visit here it must been under special circumstances because our visit was nothing less than exceptional. Very very fast super super friendly. I definately wish there was a hospital like this where i live. Not to mention super clean. Keep up the great work.i definately recommend going here and if i could give more than 5 stars i would
