They are super nice and they got my infant in which a lot of urgent cares turn us away. Even though it was a 3 hour wait the staff made it feel like it wasn't that long. The provider made sure we were okay and our baby was okay. I really appreciate everything they have done for my son.

Despite Urgent care being pretty busy I will say, I love the app that shows me where I stand in line. I was able to go home until it was almost my turn to be called. The doctor was good and his assistant was awesome with my autistic grandchild. Two thumbs up to her! Location clean and nice staff.

My doctor was extremely thorough and listened to every medical complaint I had and never once did he make me feel rushed. He was very kind and sweet and empathetic! Excellent service! I was there for 2 1/2 hours and had test done also so considering how great my doctor was, made the small wait time not so bad.

Got there at 7:45pm took my husband. Breana D. In Beaumont urgent care was great she did my phone check in for me. Nurses were wonderful and Dr. Young very nice. Turned out he has a fractured clavicle. Thank you all for your help in our time of need. Highly recommend them.

I was surprised how quickly I was seen considering I went at 1 pm. on a Thursday. I like how you register on your phone and input all your necessary info. Once registered you can track where you are in line. No guessing or wondering when they are going to call you. The doctor quickly diagnosed my illness and sent my prescription electronically to my pharmacy. It’s been one day since my visit and I feel so much better. I recommend this urgent care facility.

Both times I have had to visit this urgent care since it transitioned from Optum have been less than ideal. Both times I was dismissed by two different doctors. I had to push for any kind of acknowledgement of my and my partners concerns. The second doctor was obviously trying to push us out of the door and prescribe ibuprofen to shut her up and get us out quickly. I had to press for X-rays much more than I should have when it comes at zero cost to them. I will not be coming back to this location solely because of the doctors’ bedside manners and how dismissive they are. Otherwise, the nursing staff and wonderful and so are the front desk staff members. I wish I didn’t have such terrible experiences with the doctors because otherwise the staff is fantastic.

New system for urgent care was easy to use. The time it took to see the doctor was 3 hours less than when optimum was in charge. I also like that you are notified when it’s your turn to see the doctor.
