This was my first visit and will definitely come back when in need of urgent care. Everyone was courteous and caring. The front office technician went above and beyond to help the check in process run smoothly. I even called her back for pharmacy information and she was eager to help. The back office assistant and the doctor made sure we were comfortable and got a diagnosis in quickly. They heard my. Concerns and evaluated my son accordingly. Never skipping steps. When we are able to be seen the Doctors and staff are usually great. However, this location is always shutting it's doors way earlier then the sign that states 8 am -8pm daily. We had arrived tonight at 7:30 to find it completely dark and closed. Other days it's been said to be opened but arrived to find a sign on the door stating they were closed and it was as early as 5 pm. This has happened more than a handful of times for us and we dont come often so i truly winder how much it does. It's just very inconsistent and for being the only urgent care towards this end of town it's a bit upsetting not to have a place to depend on.

This review is for Easter Sunday April 4th 2021. First and foremost, I would like to give a special thanks to all the staff that was working this day. I'm not guilty, to say that I really appreciate their service. Not only it is Sunday but it's also Easter Sunday and I got to give them credit for staying open. I really do appreciate the fact that they were able to take care of me. I received the PCR exam today. And there was literally no line to wait in. They took care of you real quick. All the girls here were very nice and professional in attending my matter. As always it is very uncomfortable to get a long cotton swab put into your nostrils. But it is just part of the process and I quickly got over it. Overall thank you so much for the great service

After going to Excer Urgent Care a few times in the past I had one of the worst experiences with Excer today. We waited like normal for an hour and a half before we were sent to our room to wait for the doctor to show up, after another hour the Dr. Gillespie came in and took care of my daughter and said she would be back to give her a shot, after 20 mins. no one show up and we started to see what was the reason for the delay, as we were leaving the room Dr. Gillespie came over and said she was working on getting us a prescription, looked at us leaving and said but if you want to leave then I’ll cancel the prescription and called over to her assistance to cancel and told us to have a nice day. There was no explanation on why we were there for over 2 hours or when we were going to proceed with the rest of the appointment, just a bad attitude from a doctor that looked like she was having a bad day and pasted it on to us.

Dr. Cherlynn Jones is a great doctor who gets straight to the point, very detailed and understanding. She helped my infection when I went to 2 other urgent cares prior and didn't help clear and relieve it. That was okay cause then I wouldn’t have the opportunity to meet Dr. Jones and staff. Christian was very thoughtful and caring when taking my vitals as well. The staff are friendly as well and patient on registering. Very clean building with even air purifiers in each room.

Highly recommended! 😀😃 🏥 🚨
This is what Urgent care should always be like. Quick , URGENT and easy to go through it. Daughter had an arm injury and in an hour we had a diagnostic, a plan of recovery and a scheduled follow-up appointment with her Doctor.
This will be my first option for any emergency before thinking to go to a Hospital for my family or myself.
