My visit went well and the provider was very informative. I was expecting long wait times but it was the opposite. Definitely coming back when needed. Everything is very clean, they have masks and hand sanitizer available for everyone. The staff was very nice, the receptionists where friendly and helpful!

As a Senior who cares for her grandchildren during the week it is not uncommon for me to pick up little people germs. Sure enough,
I woke up with all the signs of pink eye, so to the Urgent Care I went. The easy, online system kept me informed of where I was in the queue. I started out at 6 but quickly made my way to the examination room. The intake, exam, etc were all great. I left with a prescription being sent to my requested pharmacy and a huge amount of peace of mind

Thank you to the provider and staff who assisted me. All were incredibly kind and considerate. The provider in particular gave me multiple options and listened intently. She gave me clear instructions on what to do should the pain persist. I appreciate her believing me, when in this same situation so many other providers have taken the pain of migraines with a grain of salt. Thank you, Doctor.

I don’t typically review anything but I felt I had to say something as to help others avoid making the same mistake. There is nothing URGENT about this care.

I've never had a worse experience at an urgent care in my life. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill out my entire medical history on paper because their stupid QR code and app weren't working. By the way, I've been going to this place for the last five years. Previously, it was Optimum Care; now apparently it's become Urgent Care.

After filling out paperwork and waiting for 30 minutes (at 2 pm—a typically slow time), I was escorted to room number four. There, I waited for 40 minutes straight. Finally, I exited the room and asked a nurse how long it would take. She replied, "Oh, I don't know. Let me go ask." She came back five minutes later and said, "Sorry, the provider was out to lunch. It'll probably be around another 10 to 15 minutes."

I'm sorry, but for an urgent care, this is absolutely horrible. I would suggest everyone avoid this place at all costs. I will never be coming back here again, even though this is the closest urgent care to my house.

I got to Exer urgent care at 11:15am and it’s 3pm and still had not been seen by a doctor. They had me check in by scan in make things go faster. They called me in at 1:50pm for vital and put me in a waiting room. Finally doctor came in at 3:03pm. Doctor say me for less than 9mins. This is the longest time I have been at urgent care with out being seen.

I appreciate the quick service. Many years ago a visit to Urgent Care meant spending at least 2 hours waiting. The is made me avoid going. Keep up the expedient service!

I was am patient with optimum medical group. I came to Exer urgent care because of my leg pain. I checked in at 9:40 did get called in until 11:45. Saw the doctor. He wanted me to get x-rays done. Then sat in the room for another 45 minutes. I had to come and ask for my request for x-rays. Got them done and now more waiting for the doctor to look at the x- rays. Not happy with the service. Why would Optium make this change?

The best urgent care that I have ever been to!! The kindness coupled with the professionalism that both the P.A. (Melvin Ng and the nurse, Yenni) demonstrated was amazing. They did a comprehensive exam and listened to my complaints/symptoms. I was given shots of meds to help immediately and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. The front desk
was efficient and kind, with a reasonable wait time.
