Clean, quick and very thorough visit for my toddler son who had a horrible rash head to toe. They were pretty busy but they really moved patients quickly and we were seen in under an hour. I felt very cared for and taken seriously by the PA staff and was told I would get a follow up call within 48 hours with culture results— the call came in less than 24 hours and they emailed the file of all the results right away so I could take with me to the pediatrician. They easily could have missed a step and I would have expected that, but they really didn’t miss a thing.

Front office staff was courteous and friendly. But waited 45 minutes to be seen for 30 seconds by a doctor I went in for a bloody nose and a sore throat. Doctor didn’t even check my nose and barely touched my throat. Didn’t check for ear infection or anything else Even after I told him my ears were hurting . He told me it was a virus and to get plenty of rest. Waste of my time! I liked it when it better when it was Optum

The people are super nice. Wait was a bit too long but the option to sign in and receive a call or text when you are two patients away was also very convenient. Once you are escorted in the process to see the doctor was quick. The doctor listen to all my concerns he was very attentive. I would definitely go back in an emergency

We had such a wonderful experience at this Exer location. We came in half way through a road trip while I was feeling awful, and they turned our day around. All the staff we worked with were incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and had great energy. The doctor and NP both listened carefully and got us treatment immediately. They really went above and beyond and I left feeling so much better than when I got there. Thank you guys again!!
