I went in on a Thursday for a cough/sore throat that was progressively getting worse. They tested me for COVID/fly/strep and said everything came back negative. Asked if I wanted a lab done to test for bacteria so they could know what antibiotic to prescribe me. It is now Sunday and my 2nd time calling them to ask for results. They said they can’t do anything with my results unless I come back in for another office visit to discuss with the physician. So what was the point of doing the lab test in the first place? Complete waste of time. I asked the receptionist on the line if a physician was planning on doing anything with the results or if it was necessary for me to come back in when all I need was a prescription and all she kept essentially repeating was “you’ll need to come in to go over the results.” Horrible patient care if you ask me. Why even do the test if you’re not going to follow through and complete the health care that was promised? Totally baffled and infuriating.

Dr. Fukuda was incredibly kind and professional! Her expertise and outstanding bedside manner made all the difference during my visit. She took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor! She absolutely deserves recognition for the incredible care she provides!

UPDATE YOUR HOURS!! Came in on 5/19/2025 at 7:38pm with my 4 year old who was in pain, was told by the front desk “We are not taking anymore people” mind you, the lobby WAS EMPTY. I was told by the front desk lady “The doctor took herself offline so I can’t do anything about it” My 4yr old is crying and expressing he’s in pain while this is happening. She (person at the front desk) then says to me “Well, you can go to the Emergency Room” . . . I am beyond furious at how this was handled, no empathy. Update your hours to 7:30pm !!!

Inaccurate hours, the girl at the front desk also needs to learn how to properly handle patients, her level of service was inadequate for being in the medical field!
If the sign and online says at 8 then it should close at 8. Why are you making your own rules and not following what exer has posted as a company that is misleading and makes us as a patient lose trust in this business.

I showed up at 8:05 am. The door was still locked. The staff person there came to unlock the door but wouldn't let me in. I was told the practitioner was running late due to traffic. This is LA county so NOT taking traffic into account is really no excuse especially since doctors get paid a ton to show up to work. I was given a slip of paper to fill out and texted a link to check myself in, but had to do it in my car. 25 minutes later I get a call stating that the tardy doctor was being sent to another location so I was too. Seriously this company decided to
close a location during scheduled business hours. Obviously this company had no contingency nor concern for the effect on patients. We pay more for medical care in this country than any other advanced nation, but the companies won't pay for additional practitioners because profits are more important than patients. I'm still sitting in the waiting room an hour later.
Last time choosing this business. The medical profession has no accountability to it's customers and we're expected to just put up with it.

Very kind and helpful staff and they seem happy to be there which makes a great experience. I had Dr. Fukuda and she was so joyful, professional, and helped me so I have what I need and won’t need to make another appointment. Overall great experience!

Really kind, comforting and efficient staff. I went in w chemical burns to my eyes and Dr. Tran was so attentive and did not waste anytime knowing my pain and discomfort. Staff and Dr. Tran all worked together to flush my eyes and get me fast relief. It was so nice to see a team communicate and move so well like one well organized machine! My experience was perfect! Went yesterday to figure out what was wrong with the symptoms I was feeling. When I first walked in there was two ladies at the desk. They were very nice to me and I am grateful they were able to help me as soon as possible. I wish I have gotten their name so I could thank them! I was in and out no patients ahead of me. Dr. Matthew was extremely helpful. I never really write reviews, but this place earned one. Thank you so much for your help!!
