I came in on 2/21 . The staff was friendly, ,however my issue was that part of my hearing aide was left inside my ear and I had slight pain, the dr examined my ear and did see something was inside ear. They proceeded to flush my ear in attempt to get object to come out. After several try’s object was not visibly in the catch pan! Dr looked again and said he felt we got it as there was nothing in my ear anymore. I trusted he’s assessment as the pain had stopped. The next day ear was tender but I figured it was due to trauma of object in ear. Through out the day I felt like my ear was blocked and the feeling something was still there. I used a Qtip but it would not go in ear , so I felt the blockage I used tweezers and finally grabbed the object and was able to remove the hearing aide sleeve and small mic still attached. Im extremely upset that this was not found during my visit and I was released thinking issue was resolved , sadly this was negligent and I don’t expect to be charged if there is a co pay. I have submitted photos of what I removed from my own ear.

We needed to get a sports physical together for my son. This facility opened early at 8 am and it was easy to get check in and be seen within 60 minutes.
It's a clean facility and it's well organized. Just hope management doesn't come in and start changing things in the name of "efficiency" and eff it all up.

I had a very disappointing experience with this urgent care facility. After getting an X-ray, I was told the results would be available promptly, but it has now been over two days, and I am still waiting. When I called to follow up, I was kept on hold for more than 30 minutes, only to be hung up on when I expressed my frustration about the delay.

This level of poor communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients who need timely information for their health. I expected a higher standard of care and professionalism. Urgent care should prioritize efficiency and respect for patients' time.

Dr. Green is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He diagnosed me correctly and sent me to get an MRI and I was very happy with his treatment. I was in a lot of discomfort. He did not know I am registered nurse for 40 years. He did not put me through hoops of delay and red tape. I would highly recommend him as your practitioner. Thank you so much for your help! I’ve given them 3 chances and each time they’ve proven to be THE WORST urgent care. None of their staff, from doctors to receptionists, are competent. They lie and lie and lie. Go to We Care a couple of minutes away. I went there once and they were the best. The only reason I came back to this hell hole is because We Care was closed. All of you working at Exer in Porter Ranch should be ashamed of yourselves.

Receptionist is really nice, she let me use the charger for my phone when it died (really appreciate it) nurses and doctor was really great too, the worst thing about this place is the wait time. It does seem like they only have one doctor in the back based of the wait time. They need to clear rooms faster or hire another doctor for this location, needs to speed up.

Girls at the front are RUDE!! Hours posted said they close at 8:00pm. I walked in at 7:45pm and automatically was given the irritated look by the girls at the front. The didn’t not say hi or were friendly at all. All they said was “we’re no longer taking patients”. What’s the point of being an urgent care if you turn down patients with an emergency? If you want to refuse patients because you want to go home early, and don’t have compassion for patients with emergencies, you’re in the wrong field. Maybe you should let people know on your website that you don’t take patients after 7:30pm or whatever time you don’t feel like taking patients. Exer you should really choose wisely when hiring people for your facility. Immature, lazy, high school like mean girls are not a good look.

Thanks for being so quick and keeping the place clean! Was amazing everywhere else I’ve been felt like I waited forever and the place was dirty and just did not feel very welcoming . Exer was super fast they knew my symptoms gave me a test and prescribed me no back and forth. Changed my mind about urgent care !
