The front office clerk was very helpful was alone and able to move the patients quickly. He was informative and allowed for questions from patients in between. His service multi tasking skills are on point. He was vey empathetic and provided solutions with opportunities that came from patients.. great job to him.

The doctor was also very attentive, respectful and provided a quick turnaround.

The receptionist sitting to the right with the shorter hair at station three , Cecelia was her name I believe. She was beyond kind, helpful & friendly helping me figure out my insurance. She made me feel like I wasn't a bothersome and was eager to help me figure it out so that I can be seen. She was very patient with me and I very much appreciate kind customer service. The nurses were quick & very nice & the Dr also was professional.

Dr. Nguyen, Bach MD. And the Staff. I will come back here in case of urgent care instead of the hospital because my baby had been sick for weeks and they did not take the extra time to check my Baby. And Dr Nguyen did an X-ray right away and he told us the issue my baby had! God bless the Dr. 🙏

This location was previously an Optum Urgent Care. Waited about 2.5 hours to be seen with 3 patients before me. The physician literally took about 2 minutes to evaluate me, which made the visit feel very rushed. Only give 3 stars because the staff is nice and I got the meds I needed.

The wait to be seen is ridiculous! They make you jump through hoops to sign in. Then they force to sign into their internet. Then they want to keep your card on file just in case your insurance doesn’t cover something. They also want your social security number. Last time I checked I was seeing a doctor, not applying for credit. That’s bs!! Bill me if there is something that is due. They are not rude, but the new policies they have adapted are time consuming and a pain. Beaver before was on top of things and got you in and out fast. If you plan to get care here, expect to be spending a good part of your day. I would recommend to look for another urgent care.

Horrible place for health care. Used to be decent but since opium sold to exer the level of care has dropped dramatically. They lost my blood work and urinalysis and wouldn't return my call or tell me for two weeks. Then I had to come back and repay my copay so they could run the tests they lost. Then to get someone to return my call about results took another two weeks. Just ridiculous and Horrible health care professionals here.

The care was great. Staff listened. I feel sorry for people to wait hours to be seen, even when they can do other things while waiting for their call to come in.. Hopefully, that will improve in the future. Somepeople like the elderly hace to have a family member bring them so they can xhexk them in but the clinic needs to know its harder to leave and load wheelchair in car again and put in in again later. Etc...

I have to say the staff was AMAZING! They had to explain multiple times that Optum no longer oversaw the Urgent Care. They were so patient and sweet each time they explained. They were so helpful to those patients that needed help registering. The Doctor was AMAZING as well. He really listened and cared for my wellbeing. The wait time wasn't very long and unlike that the site shows you where you are in the queue.
