Although the wait was fairly long (It seemed that there was an issue that prevented them from opening at 8:00 this morning), but everyone was so kind and pleasant to deal with that it ended up being a very positive experience. The lady at the desk took my number to call me when it was getting close to my turn so I could run an errand without losing my place in line, the nurse who took my info was really nice, and the doctor who looked at me wonderful as well. It always seems to be a positive experience when I have to go in there.

I’m currently still waiting. Arrived at 11:00am, locked my place as 5th in line. They texted me to come back at 12:52 for my appointment…. I came back and it’s now 1:50pm (an hour later) and i have not been seen. The front desk lady said the computer texted me because it’s an automated system …. She also said there is only one provider/doctor at this location. Computers ruined the world. The employees are at least nice that’s why i gave 2 stars.

UPDATE: this place is so useless. Money driven and could care less about the patients. I threw up 3 doses of my medication and the clerk told me that the doctor would not send me over more antibiotics and that i would have to schedule and PAY for a new appointment to be assessed again. Fvck yall.

I work in insurance. And all these people care about is running your insurance as many times as possible while doing the bare minimum amount of work.

10 - Dr. Qadir and Hugo were excellent! The lady at reception was great too! I didn’t get her name but she was pleasant and professional . Registration was all by phone and efficient. The clinic, exam room, and bathroom were clean and neat. The personnel I encountered were nice and friendly. There was a bit of a wait but overall very good.

I arrived at 7:43pm October 1st with my 5 year old daughter to get treated for knee injury and to see if an infection was starting on her wound. Instead I was told that the last patient is accepted at 7:30pm and then told to go elsewhere. I thought doctors had a Hippocratic oath to care for patients but I guess that ends at 7:30pm here. P.S. They had no patients in the lobby and no where is it stated that the last patient is accepted at 7:30pm. Unacceptable for Urgent Care.

Unfortunately three hour wait and only few patients ahead of me. I see a few issues that can improve patient care here. If you come with Dr orders for lab work and X-rays someone should go ahead and do all that before the Dr sees the patient that way everything is already done and your in and out with the Dr. That is how most offices do it. It’s a more efficient use of time and you keep the patients moving. After 3 hrs I was called but still waited in room to see the Dr and still needed to get my labs and X-rays done so I think this visit is like 4 hours which is crazy. Stay away and go to a different urgent care that has more than one medical Dr or nurse practitioner. That in itself is part of the problem. I was told that they do not have enough patients to justify one more Doctor. Stay Away please.

Don’t go if Samina is the nurse practitioner. I waited 3 hours for an appointment to get a simple doctors note. She required thousands of dollars in tests - x rays, bloodwork, scans to determine my condition. I had to refuse because that is completely unnecessary to use a gym at my office.

This place will do everything they can to scam money out of you for 0 services rendered.

This was the best experience I've had going to a medical facility. All staff were comforting and accommodating. Shannon Tate was top notch. I knew I was in good hands. 10/10

I really appreciate the late hours. I only had a minor cut, and I knew if I went to the ER I would be there forever. All of the staff were great and the wait time was minimal. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do Exer would be my first choice. Thank you.
