I experienced a longer-than-expected wait time during my visit. I completed my registration at 12:05 pm and was able to see a nurse practitioner at 4:08 pm, even with just three people ahead of me. It might be helpful to review the process to improve efficiency for future patients.

Horrible Customer service and experience

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location and feel compelled to share my negative review. I brought my 3-year-old son in for a medical issue, fully aware of the need for prompt care. When I walked in, I informed the employee that we needed to see a doctor. At first, she was polite and professional, but that quickly changed. She informed me that there was a 3-hour wait and only one doctor on duty. Fine, I was willing to wait, but the customer service took a turn for the worse after that.

She then asked if I wanted to check in and wait for more than 3 hours, but also warned me that if the clinic closed before I was seen, I would have to leave without receiving any medical care. I pointed out that this seemed like a violation of my right to receive medical assistance. Her response? "It's your choice to wait or not to wait."

Confused, I asked, "What's the point of checking in if, after waiting 3+ hours, the clinic just closes and I don't get seen?" She simply said, “I’m good.” It was clear to me that my concerns weren’t being taken seriously.

As a patient, I came in well before closing time, and I should not be punished for a lack of staffing or scheduling on the clinic's part. I shouldn’t be made to feel like my child's medical needs are an inconvenience. The attitude and lack of care I experienced here were unacceptable. I expect more from a medical facility, especially when it comes to the well-being of children. I'll be seeking care elsewhere in the future.

From the moment I arrived feeling unwell, their warm welcome and genuine compassion turned my visit into an incredibly comforting and positive experience. I had flu like symptoms & went to this urgent care for testing. I was seen by Dr. Flashman who gave me time & listened to my complaints. I was very satisfied with the care I received not just from DR. Flashman but also the staff especially, Rachel who had a great attitude & was compassionate.
However, wait times are rather too long even though I was one of the first people to arrive as soon as they opened. Overall, very clean facility & caring staff.

The workers were nice..wait was about 3 hours. My son's tests were negative in-house but told me they were going to send them "out" for more accurate results.
Didn't call me back to give me results..and when I called them.. they had no record of that they were going to send them out.
Told me I was welcome to come back and test again..uhhhhh no thanks.
Why not do what they were going to say instead of making sick patients go around in circles?

I would not recommend this place for ingrown nail removal. They are just not experienced for this treatment and don’t have the right tools and anesthetics. When i got mine removed the anesthesia did not work and I felt a lot of pain during and after the procedure. Id recommend to go to a specialist for ingrown nails.

First of all! The medical assistant along with the Physician were VERY rude. I was spoken to like I was stupid for instance I went in for a wound I assumed could have been a spider bite I've never in my life ever had anything like this before and I described the circumstances leading me to believe that's what had happened in my sleep seeing as how that's when this occurred I woke up to this abnormal wound and I was asked "well was there a spider on your face" in an extremely condescending way.. on top of this I CLEARLY told them I was ALLERGIC to a certain antibiotic and they even asked what my ALLERGIC REACTION looked like when I took the medication and I explained IN DETAIL what happened when took it. So I leave and I'm going to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine and guess what they prescribed me THE EXACT MEDICATION I TOLD THEM I WAS ALLERGIC TO And to add to this very poor visit I left crying due to the way I was spoken to AND I had to call them and tell them they prescribed me the medicine I was allergic to and they are supposed to be fixing that I WILL NEVER go here again and I hope they don't do this to anyone else please make sure you look at your medicine before you take it if it's prescribed by this facility for sure!

The worst urgent care for your child. You wait for two hours to be seen when there are only three people waiting! The frond desk man looks like he is homeless and has the biggest attitude!! When You come on with a sick small child at least you want them to talk nicely and explain! First and last time!!
