The facility is inside the Trader Joe's/ Crunch mall with a parking entrance on Laurel Place.
There is an abundance of parking, many places do validate. But if you stay over the 90-minute validation it becomes pricey every 15 minutes.

Exer has to be the nicest walk in facility I've ever been in. It is contemporary stylish & immaculate.
They offer a variety of services.
Wait time was reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was kind & attentive.
Dr Sobh, who was the attending today, is kind & thorough.

No one likes Dr visits but this was as good as it gets.

After reading some of the other reviews, I imagine your experience depends on the attending doctor. I have zero complaints as my review would indicate.

I had a horrible experience at this urgent care. I went in with severe sinus and ear pain, but the provider, Adam Joseph Aisner, NP, completely dismissed my symptoms and barely examined me. He ignored my concerns, made condescending remarks when I asked for a more thorough check, and refused to consider alternative treatments when I told him I couldn’t take Sudafed.

When I asked to see another provider, he became hostile and aggressive, yelling at me to leave his office. Even though I was already walking out, he ordered security to escort me out. When I simply asked the front desk for his name, he started yelling again and told them to call security—then called himself.

I am a 110 lb, sick, and weak female who just wanted medical care, not to be humiliated and thrown out. I have never experienced anything like this in a medical setting before. Healthcare professionals are supposed to treat patients with care and respect, not belittle and mistreat them.

I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and still in pain. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about its patients, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

I had the worst experience at this urgent care. The staff seemed untrained, and it was obvious they were not real doctors. They didn’t take my concerns seriously at all and rushed me out like I didn’t matter. It felt completely unprofessional, and I left feeling like my health wasn’t prioritized. This place seems more like a money-making scam than a genuine healthcare provider. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone who values proper medical attention and care.

Love how easy and fast it is to see a doctor. I live in NYC and it's an entirely different experience. This place was clean, friendly and Dr Reaves was phenomenal. Wish he was my PCP! I understand Urgent Cares are a mixed bag -- I've been here twice and was taken care of well both times.

This urgent care will accept your insurance, tell you it’s covered, and then charge you an exorbitant fee later.

I had a decent enough experience with the front desk when I broke my wrist- or so I thought. I was told my insurance would cover everything, yet months after my initial visit I was hit with a bill for almost $500 for an x-ray. After being told that my insurance pays for everything, I found out I they lied to me.

The doctor I saw that that day was flustered and impatient, and was annoyed that I didn’t have a primary care doctor for a referral. Sorry that I’m a poor person working for minimum wage, at least I could afford health insurance.

If your insurance accepts a better urgent care, like in DTLA, go there. This place is dishonest through and through. I know this review will do nothing but don’t give them your money.

I have to say that urgent care can be a mixed bag the few times I've had to use it but my recent experience at Exer in West Hollywood was excellent!

I was seen by a doctor named Sandra who was patient, kind, super knowledgable, and VERY thorough - I was having a painful ear issue and she worked through all of the possible causes until she landed on the right solution. I really appreciated her taking the time to actually listen and care about making me feel better, because often doctors are super rushed/not that attentive - she was the opposite of that.

She is really great so when you need to head to urgent care, definitely go to this one and see her if possible!

I recently visited this urgent care, and I’m deeply disappointed. The facility operates more like a numbers game than a place genuinely focused on patient care. Despite the name “urgent care,” there was no doctor on duty—only a so-called nurse who seemed unqualified to address my concerns properly.

The staff was more concerned with processing patients quickly than providing quality care. The entire experience felt impersonal, rushed, and borderline exploitative. They seemed far more interested in collecting fees than genuinely helping patients in need.

If you’re looking for actual medical care, I recommend going elsewhere. This place feels more like a scam than a professional medical facility.

Maybe it's the Canadian in me, but I expect an urgent care facility to be defined by values of kindness, patience and compassion. This facility was the opposite. The 3 staff members we encountered were rude, mean, even cruel, particularly the NP. Avoid, avoid, avoid! There are so many others to choose from.
