Reception was very efficient and was able to leave for few errands and monitor position in the queue. The very efficient and pleasant nurse, was ready to take me to my room as soon as I returned. Dr. Eisner was very warm, very thorough in answering questions, and very methodical at determining next steps. Best ever urgent care experience!

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Exer Westlake Village today. My daughter is sick, and we needed urgent care, but the front desk receptionist refused to check us in, claiming they don’t accept our insurance. When I explained that we’ve been to this location before and have used other Exer locations multiple times with no issue, she insisted that no Exer locations accept our insurance.
That’s completely false - I’m sitting in a different Exer location right now, and they accepted our insurance with no problem.
It’s unacceptable for an urgent care facility to turn away a sick child with incorrect information. Whether this was due to poor training or a lack of compassion, it’s unacceptable either way. I do not recommend this location!

Had my husband wait over an hour before checking the insurance to tell us they didn’t take out VA. Yet, we called the VA and they said they are in network, and the Exer website confirmed that. The Exer down the street explained they did things incorrectly and took us no problem. Meanwhile, the girl at the front desk was argumentative and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging her mistake and understanding our frustration she claimed it takes that long to confirm insurance, which was also confirmed by the other Exer that is not at all true. Do better, Exer Westlake.

Every Exer we visited has been A+, but Exer in Westlake Village is A++. Dr Bajwa and Marisol were AWESOME. thank you, Exer, for being such an amazing health provider. You are the BEST.

Today I went to Excel Care in Westlake Village ( 111 South Westlake Boulevard, Westlake Village, CA, USA) and was attended by an assistant named Beth (she said the name very quickly, so I'm not sure if I understood it correctly), but she treated me like an old dog, showing no compassion and with an attitude. Barking at me, giving me directions, and not communicating with me made me feel very small. It's a very sad experience that young professionals treat older patients so poorly. Thank God the doctor was kind and efficient. If the administration wants to contact me please do so . Thank you

This place deserves a zero in my opinion I visited today. I was very sick and their process of registering even though I’m an existing patient took 45 minutes. They want you to do everything on your own and their system does not work and God forbid you ask for help the representative in the front was nasty when I asked for help and she was rude, and offered no assistance I will never visit this place again. Your process is all wrong and your representatives are rude and they do not belong in this health industry.
