We've been using this company for years until our most recent shipment. We ordered retainer cases costing $119, but the company charged an extra $45.73 for shipping and handling without advising us that theshipping cost to a residence would be so high. Customer service advised us that they would do nothing to adjust this charge, that this was the decision of the owners. My suggestion is to find out what the shipping and handling costs will be before placing an order.
