This place billed my Medicare for over $14,000 in Catheters and supplies! It took my time to report it as fraud to Medicare!! This place is billing Medicare for Catheters on many people. Medicare is after them and should be!! This is wrong completely! I hope they have to completely get shut down over this! I don't know how they are getting Medicare numbers but they are!! The summaries leave me with a bill and I will report them everywhere that I can if they bill me!! I have NEVER in my life been to Alabama now have I ever ordered catheters in the mail and I don't even use them!!

I've had nothing but issues with this business. Was supplied with a bed after hospitalization that is used and dangerous. Was refused a lift but was sold one that had been marked up 300%. Now that I need help with the lift, I've been ignored for two days, spoken to like I'm a child, very condescending. Miss Judy is one of the owners and the biggest offender. I've wished a hundred times that I used a different DME.
