I had tubes placed in both my ears on a Friday. By Saturday morning I was in excruciating pain, and by Sunday I was barely able to function. I first went to IU Urgent Care, but they turned me away at 5pm (didn’t close until 6pm). I passed ExpressCare and decided to turn in and give them a try.

I saw Melissa, the NP, and she was able to get me a stronger NSAID to get me through the weekend until I could get into my ENT. She was patient even at closing time, and I felt she truly listened to what I was explaining and also explained what she was seeing very well. Could not rate my experience higher, so thankful they got me in 15 minutes before closing so I could get some relief and treatment for my developing ear infection.

I had an small emergency so I went here because it says it's open till 8pm. Walk up to the clinic and it's closed. 5pm is the closing time on the door? Screw the working man I guess. Who closes at 5?!?

The PA was very rude. I advised him that i didn’t have my insurance card on me however I had the numbers. He said without the card for a first time patient it’s going to be expensive and they will bill me. I told him that it felt like my throat was closing and again that I didn’t have it. He then continued to say, “there’s nothing we can do for you until tomorrow”. I drove to another clinic and i had a much better experience. I was able to email my insurance card and be seen right away. And they took my concern very serious. ExpressCare this gentleman had poor customer service and a lack of empathy.

Absolute fantastic care. I will never go to another urgent care again. Their staff is incredibly kind and detailed. I got excellent care both times I went there this month. Thanks for you do Express Care Team!

I called my PCP at AHN to ask if I needed to schedule an appointment to have a large splinter removed from underneath my fingernail. They told me to walk into Express Care next door and they could take care of it for me on the spot. So today I went to Express Care and I was told they can't remove it. This was without a PA, NP, doctor, or nurse even looking at it. So I went across the street to Hendricks Immediate Care and they removed it right away.

This is par for the course with AHN. The doctors don't listen to anything you have to say. The patient care is non-existent. They have corporate directives that they blindly follow without giving any consideration to the patient's specific needs. Unfortunately AHN is in our network otherwise I wouldn't return to this place under any circumstances.

My son had a rash. Walked right in, and was seen within minutes. NP listened to us, and was so nice. We were out of there in a half hour with medication to treat it. So easy, and pleasant.

I have had ear infections since I can remember. I have always been given the same type of antibiotic and it has always worked. Went in for an inner ear infection, was put on a different antibiotic. No worries, but the PA who saw me told me to call back if I didn't notice it getting better. I called on the second to last day of my dose because it has made little to no difference. When I called, they told me that I just need to take allergy pills because that's probably what it was. I told them that a week ago, I was diagnosed with an inner ear infection, and told to call back if the antibiotics weren't working. They proceeded to tell me that they couldn't do anything and to just take allergy medication.

I highly do no recommend this urgent care. Go elsewhere.

Wow. Hurt my back doing some yardwork. Went in with no wait and was seen right away. They did a set of vitals and asked pertinent details to rule out other diagnosis'. In and out in 15min, off to the pharmacy for some relief. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the Dr, all were perfessional and very thourogh. Only problem with writing a good review is that it might be more crowded next time, lol.
