Very pleased how my cataract surgery went and the results. Two operations 1 week a part on each eye. Improvement in my vision was dramatic - colors much brighter and mid and long range vision clearer - 20-20 Vision in these range - only need reading classes - which was expected, but no longer needed for driving, Night driving is Much Better - significantly so. Also time spent at the surgical center went very smoothly - friendly & Professional and faster than anticipated. Pre and Follow up visit went smoothly and quickly - I am very satisfied

I had cataract surgery on both eyes done by Dr. Shatz. He was beyond excellent. The surgical facility was excellent as well. The nurses were so caring and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Shatz and his office.

I was a little hesitant to have any surgery near my eyes. but after the procedure I realized it was all for not. I had a cist removed from my lower eyelid. It was absolutely painless, only took minutes. Thank you doctor Gal.

I’m no spring chicken but I sure as hell was treated like one. The doctor’s term of plucking lashes gave the impression she’s not the doctor I assumed I had been referred to. I wasn’t there for an eye exam but to have an ingrown lower eye lash removed. Which she said she could not see. Why would I be referred by another physician to go to the specialist who apparently needs to have their own eyes examined. Thus, if you want to waist your time, money and energy go to them. There new facility is all looks.

The employees get one star for effort. They lost my favorite pair of glasses . They sold me a cheap pair that lasted a week .They replaced the lost pair with the wrong prescription.
All the information in my charts belongs to some one else.
People can make mistakes BUT THE OFFICE MANGER HAS TO GO.
She was hostile, and argumentative. . She a upset me to the point of tears. So I hung up on her.
The next day she called me with a sing songy voice telling me I was banned. from the premises. .
The Eye Dr. Banned me .. They never did acknowledge they had the wrong person , wrong chart. an wrong glasses.
